What a beautiful home just ashame that it had water damage and the back mold in the basement. The space that was in the hall way going to other bedrooms, had the desk on one side and cabinets on the other side, was probably used for an office or study space for the kids. Please Terry bring a mask or respirator mask with you, don't be breathing in the black mold. God bless you, stay safe and continue sharing the wonderful explores
What a beautiful house until you see the basement. Looks like it flooded. So much nice things to see. Loved that kitchen and Woodhead and the master suite. Bad mold so it has to go. Shame though. A real beauty. Awesome Terry and thanks.
Love this find. That red light in the bathroom is a heater bulb. There should be like a timer nearby. You turn it on after or right before you get out of the shower and you would be toasty. It was is a way back thing. Before towel warmers. We used radiators for that!
I loved all the oversized windows & skylights. Love light flooding into a home! The whole house was gorgeous but some of the areas were confusing to me. Thanks for the explore!
That Kitchen, the one Bathroom, the chandelier of flower, they’re beautiful ❤️ maybe the mold was the reason why the ppl abandoned the mansion cause water was coming into it.
Wow. It’s amazing to see such a beautiful home be so empty. The basement about gave me a heart attack though. Phew. Definitely flooded at one point. Question though, with there being that much mold in the basement, say for any home, would that make the whole house unsalvageable? Can you get rid of so much mold like that?
The lights in that one bathroom light fixtures were pretty neat ,and the chandelier, was pretty different , beautiful house 🏘️ but the basement is horrible, but the rest of the house 🏠 is be 😍
Hi there Terry what a beautiful house Loved the inside of the house. What a amazing find. Thanks for sharing your adventure Terry. Stay safe out there and see you on your next adventure.
Terry this is my fave Naughts house too bad and too sad its fate is sealed, thanks for the tour it looked to me that the was main part of the house and the there was a like an apartment where the fishtank was.
Sick video man! I just started filming abandoned locations myself! I love watching other peoples content so I can see how to better my stuff! Keep up the good work!
The mansion is only 20 years old. For a human, that is a young age and just at his/her prime. From the outside the mansion looked massive and sturdy. It was beautifully modelled, modern yet classic. Surely it must had been owned by some rich mogul. It seated on such a big land where the owner could transformed the surrounding area into beautiful garden, thus enhancing the beauty of the mansion. Most of the main living area was still in good condition. It looked spick and span. Although, some parts of the wall had been damaged, probably by vandals or copper hunters, the mansion still looked livable. The basement was huge but still looked as though it was half completed. As in the case for most basement, usually is the least part of the house that owner would pay attention to. After being sold and neglected for so long, some parts of the wall in the basement had severe mold caused by dampness. The mansion could had been demolished by now, but the impact it gives viewers is nothing short of awesomeness. Thanks Terry.
Beautiful wall sconces and the red light in bathroom is a heat lamp. House is really nice and like so many others just left to rot! Wonder what happens to bring all this waste about!
My favorite feature? Everything was my favorite, kitchen was gorgeous and that seating area (fish tank area) is a place to chill .. 😯 beautiful property as well. Great job 👏
Beautiful green tiled bathroom I would love to see more of the light in that bathroom this house is amazingly beautiful lots of amazing features in it. very tastefully designed. The statue by the fire place is one of the Indian god. Very often one wonders why these beautiful places are being demolished until you get to the basement. Would have like to linger a bit in the kitchen I love that pale blue. thanks for the video.
I liked the light in dinning, and the brick wall. I know it doesn't help you but I put my shirt over my nose and mouth. I wish you would carry a mask with you just in case.
What a gorgeous home, except for the basement. The kitchen and bathrooms were all very nice. I loved the green tiles in the first bathroom - the red light in the ceiling is a heat lamp.
Hello 👋 ! Wow amazing beautiful , just Beautiful , what happened to the owner ? I love love the Bathrooms , who own that Beautiful home ? Too beautiful to DOM it !
This is such a nice house that could just use a few updates and it would be perfect. It’s a shame the basement is destroyed with black mold. I remember Ethan’s video of this same house.
Such a beautiful home and fantastic gardens which my husband and son would really create a oasis the house is lively yes the basement is a mess but if one has the money my goodness that house has good bones it would be someone’s forever home,
The red lamp in the bathroom ceiling is an infrared heating lamp. The fixture looks like it also contains a vent fan. The double door leading to the bathroom is a French door.
So sad I winder if they had a leak? I would not salvage anything out of there. We have a house in our subdivision that had the sewer backup and they just finished demolishing it this week!
If you saw that the basement has mold? Why did you stay there. Did you know that mole that you breath can developed into black lung? The house is beatyful , butyou keep forgetting the small rooms . Why?
Just about everything in that home could be salvaged to build another home. As much as I love basements for all the space they provide, eventually water finds its way in. An if the roof isn't replaced or at least patched water damage will destroy. When you build a home, just remember, the time will come when repares are needed. Unless you're a handy man, the cost can be expensive. Unless you can afford a metal roof, shingle roofs, I don't care what they say, need a to be done every 15 years, even the thirty year shingles don't hold up that long, maybe 20 years if you're lucky. Why it's such a good idea to get a 15 year mortgage if you possibly can. That way you might can afford to up keep your home without going into further debt. I would use a credit card, not refinance my home. There are some good credit cards out there, choose wisely. Imagine having a home paid for. As long as you keep up your taxes, one of the biggest payments on a person's shoulder each month is rent or house payment. You can really start to build your port folio an incest for retirement, and have some breathing room, in knowing you have a roof over your head. Many people seem to want to sell cause they're board with their home. My home has so many memories, I planted everything in our landscape, an I'm always do glad to get home after work, or even from a vacation. After all it's home.
Why couldn’t they just replace the rooms that were water-damaged and save the rest of the house? People have no appreciation for creativity and uniqueness anymore!!!
NEVER MIND my last comment! After seems no the basement, those mold spores must have contaminated the rest of the house & it was probably necessary to demolish it.
Very sad to see this happening. Can’t believe there isn’t a way to preserve …. A waste of materials. Doesn’t make sense. Shouldn’t be in that basement w/o mask. Why didn’t we see kitchen? Good explore
The mansion was gorgeous. It's crazy they demo all these beautiful homes for condos. I hope they at least repurpose items from the homes.
What a beautiful home just ashame that it had water damage and the back mold in the basement. YEAH it's truly too bad wonderful homes like that become casualties of newer developments. SAD
With all of that mold, you'd have to tear the house down anyway, right?
What a beautiful house until you see the basement. Looks like it flooded. So much nice things to see. Loved that kitchen and Woodhead and the master suite. Bad mold so it has to go. Shame though. A real beauty. Awesome Terry and thanks.
Love the natural lighting from the skylights best of all.
How beautiful 😍 it's ashame it will be demolished thank you for sharing
With all that mold I can see why it has to be demolished. What a beautiful home. So sad, because it's a fairly new home. Wow😞
Looks like the basement had been flooded at one time. Beautiful house ,shame it is to be torn down!
That Kitchen, the one Bathroom, the chandelier of flower, they’re beautiful ❤️ maybe the mold was the reason why the ppl abandoned the mansion cause water was coming into it.

Master bedroom and kitchen fabulous. Shame if nothing can be done to save this house

I liked the light in dinning, and the brick wall. I know it doesn't help you but I put my shirt over my nose and mouth. I wish you would carry a mask with you just in case.
The front of the house looks beautiful ❤️
At 1:34 was that a masonic square and compass on the bathroom tile? I understand why the demolition.
What a gorgeous home, except for the basement. The kitchen and bathrooms were all very nice. I loved the green tiles in the first bathroom - the red light in the ceiling is a heat lamp.
Beautiful
Looks like the water got deep in the basement . Its ashame that house costing millions ends up like this. I cant imagine

That red light in the ceiling is a heat light I enjoy your videos be safe
It's such a beautiful place, whybtearbit down and rebuild?? I see where you could use some updates ,but, why destroy it??
Good video, the damage I saw shows a poor and cheap construction. I can see why it is being demolished and new built.
Yep. You’re one of the only people who can see this house is a total turkey! Ugly and cheap
What a beautiful house I loved it all so sad that it's coming down xx
Wow its beautiful
Such a shame that it's being demolished. ☹☹☹☹
Nice house. Sad it's being demolished.
Such a beautiful home and fantastic gardens which my husband and son would really create a oasis the house is lively yes the basement is a mess but if one has the money my goodness that house has good bones it would be someone’s forever home,
I’m watching with my son. He said “the house” was his favourite part
Loved this house. So sad it can’t be saved
The red lights in the ceiling are heat lamps.
Did you see the straight dit lines across the doors in the basement it flooded halfway up the walls thats probably 3 feet deep
Basement looks like it was flooded & pretty high up the walls too
The red lamp in the bathroom ceiling is an infrared heating lamp. The fixture looks like it also contains a vent fan. The double door leading to the bathroom is a French door.
Very beautiful 🤗
To beautiful too ,demoed, but it's the second nice place I seen getting demoed
Thanks for pointing out the decay, can never get enough of rot...NOT! Yuse guys are amazing astute...yawn.
So sad I winder if they had a leak? I would not salvage anything out of there. We have a house in our subdivision that had the sewer backup and they just finished demolishing it this week!

Did anyone notice the flood line on the basement walls.
If you saw that the basement has mold? Why did you stay there. Did you know that mole that you breath can developed into black lung? The house is beatyful , butyou keep forgetting the small rooms . Why?
What state is this in
Ontario Ca
@@terry_wilson80Ontario, Canada or Ontario, California?
I never had a house. They could sale alot of stuff that's in there.
I actually did not finish this video. Why was it abandoned? ????
Major water damage here. Hope you are wearing a mask. Be careful

Beautiful place but EWW in basement, look like basement got flooded before
Those are heat lamps
They are tearing it down because of the mold.
I wouldn't buy any house w a basement. They grow mold, and sooner or later leak and flood.
I guess that is why they are tearing it down.
The house is beautiful upstairs. But the mold in the the basement is so gross.
Water damage, dangerous black mold.
Hopefully they savage what they can and turn it over to "Habitat for Humanity "
Please.....wear a mask and gloves...love the videos..
You need to wear masks n gloves.
just another large house....no mansion here
👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👌
Beautiful place likely wrecked by a flodded basement
What a waste. So sad 😥
This is the definition of a McMansion. Many design flaws. Architectural nightmare. Wasted space everywhere. Ugly decoration on the interior
Very sad to see this happening. Can’t believe there isn’t a way to preserve …. A waste of materials. Doesn’t make sense. Shouldn’t be in that basement w/o mask. Why didn’t we see kitchen? Good explore
Why don't you guys wear masks?
Accept the basement look very bad
It is beautiful but when you went downstairs and all that mold you can have it yuck
