Your appreciation of the past is truly an attribute. The70’s and 80’s were amazing times to live in, my childhood and my teens. Thanks for respecting them!
This home was gorgeous. The layout wasn’t to bad. I just loved the kitchen. Thank you Ethan for another amazing adventure. I always look forward to watching your videos. Stay safe and keep bringing us more amazing homes.💙🏠💙🏠💙🏠💙🏠
The stripes in the flooring are very strange. My ex husband and I had a tile setting business in the 90's, people tiled everything, floors, counter tops, basement floors. We laid alot of marble as well. I've never seen a home with diagonal stripes as a design. Not a fan, however I love the kitchen, it's gorgeous even by todays standards. Thanks Ethan for another outstanding video. 👏
This house has a strange layout, but I liked the main floor. I love the open floor plan and natural light. Thanks for giving a tour. Ethan, we all understand that life can get in the way, I personally can't wait for you to get back on schedule but I totally understand.
I love this house-especially the room with all the windows in the back...my cat would love it there! I always enjoy your tours and am looking forward to the next one!
Are there a lot of millionaires in Canada? It seems like there are quite a few abandoned mansions there. I love watching these videos and seeing the mansions and their vintage decor (‘80s, ‘90s, etc). Keep up the great work, Ethan! 👍👍
Thank you for showing this cheerful, imaginative, unique home! The kitchen was really enjoyable. So efficient and bright. It is strange about the basement! It must have been finished before something happened. Flooded seems right. So much salvagable in this home. So much beauty and resources gone . Hurts, doesnt it? Every beautiful home.
Like you, I find the first floor kind of strange: the curved and angled walls/rooms. But it sure had lots of room for family life. But with so much space on the first floor, it's also strange that they chose a plan that had an inadequate master bedroom. I loved the fixtures in the master bath, but it was just too crowded. I would have taken the space in that bedroom/closet and re-worked the design for the master suite. And I'm not even sure that the room that they co-opted was a bedroom, because it didn't have a closet. It's too bad the basement wasn't finished. It would have been interesting to see what they were planning to add. A couple of the features that I liked: the pendant light that you pointed out beside the stairway, the fireplace in the dining room (?), and the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Another great one Ethan. Keep it up! Over 95K subscribers! Word is getting around dude!
I think this house is older than you think. I’m saying late 70s with an extensive remodel in the early 2000s hence the window date. The basement either flooded or they had a mold issue with the wall board and removed it. In addition This house might have had a fire at one time hence the new windows and the more recent remodel and lingering smoke smell.
I have anxiously waited for you to post since you mentioned this on Sunday, and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Even though the layout is weird, this is a very nice house. I especially love all the natural light and the staircase. I can imagine a really nice Christmas tree in front of the staircase and the rails decorated with garland and ribbon (can you tell I love Christmas?). What a shame that it will be demolished. Thanks for all you do.
This is a really nice home! For being abandoned it's in really good shape! Hasn't been vandalized....which is great! Love the staircase! It's really sad they will tear it down to put up a cookie cutter place, usually anyway! Thanks for sharing this unique gem! Be safe and keep doing what you do! Again.....loved this one! 😃❤️😃
I rather enjoyed this house. A different layout but interesting. I love the sunroom with the sunlight reflecting in off the snow. Wonder why just that wee bit of hardwood in the house with the rest that interesting shiny tile pattern. Nice kitchen. Beautiful staircase. NICE STOVE! Really a waste of resources if more is not salvaged. Too much snow on the roof probably causing leak in skylights. Thank you Ethan for showing this very nice house. Take care and keep safe! Looking forward to more exciting adventures!
Thank you for showing this house. I really appreciate it and like the house actually and the layout there’s a lot of lighting. I guess because it’s somewhat in my generation I guess but at the same time there’s it’s a lot of soft lighting and everything so open. I really like this house it’s just a shame that they’re gonna tear it down but you’ve showed others that are just as pretty and newer and they’re still tearing it down so I don’t know but thank you for sharing. Continue doing what you’re doing and be safe 🤠.
Hello Ethan another nice home it’s definitely different . What I don’t understand is why the laundry room off of the dining room never seen that before. Thank you for sharing have a great day 😊
Nice house. It looks like the basement was finished at one time. They had all kinds of walls framed in and not many people would do that much work and then leave it like that. Plus the walls that were finished had at least the bottom third removed so it probably did flood. Started the remediation work and decided it wasn’t worth finishing or wasn’t cost effective. I hope they have someone come in and salvage whatever can be but depending on how long some of those appliances have just been sitting they may not work or they may be too inefficient to be desirable now.
Beautiful house. Not too big. I could live here. I love all the natural light. Thank you Ethan. Wonderful place. Stay safe, and get yourself some gloves, kiddo. Blessings to you. 😁
I loved Aria's room. So darling. The master bedroom's bathroom seemed cramped & small to me. So odd. I've never seen a wall cut-out for the light fixture. Pretty unique. Thanks for bringing us these interesting houses. Stay safe!
Thanks! Another great video, Ethan. I agree, this house has a very, very odd layout. Why would they have a laundry room, bathroom and garage off what appears to be a dining room?😁
Hi Ethan. Gotta love that sunroom ☀️. Now to my negative remark. Who in the heck has their washer & dryer off the main living room? Even if it was a dining room(which didn’t make sense to me cause of where the kitchen was) it was still just hanging out there off the garage. That was weird to me to, that the garage entrance was there. Maybe it’s just me, but that was the strangest layout ever. Always love your videos Ethan. Oh, at least somebody was enjoying themselves before this home’s demise 😬
I thought so to very strange layout and the laundry room off the living area was crazy to me and such a nice Master bedroom with small closet to say it’s a mansion you would expect a large master closet..
What a bright, airy home. I’m personally not a fan of the dark tile intermixed with the light color, but I love the kitchen, old age or not. If the products are quality why replace, or rather why replace. Sometimes the past can’t be replicated.
Hi Ethan This house is beautiful. I think if they put a new roof on and fixed up those ceilings it can be lived in again and wouldn’t have to be destroyed. Just a waste of a good house. The kitchen is huge. The only thing I dislike about the kitchen is those Sub-Zero appliances. It’s kind of a weird layout but I still think it’s nice. I don’t like that glass door on the master bathroom. This house is a real beauty. Nice work Ethan. Stay safe and well out there. By the way I loved that tree house.
Beautiful house too bad it will be torn down! Loved the master bathroom but the master bedroom was boring! Love all the natural light coming through the windows! Another great video!
I really love the kitchen l don’t think it’s that dated. The bathroom door would need changed and knock a hole for a doorway to that other room they used for a closet and close up the other door. That light and cut out at night would be pretty at night. Love your videos!!!
Hey Ethan, thanks for the explore! It’s cool to live vicariously through your ubexing ways😂 Can’t wait to shake the cold of winter off and live in the warmth and sunshine! Spring renewal, my dude. It’s a great time to be on the earth, no matter how it looks these days. Keep being you, man. I appreciate you
Beautiful home! Too bad it's going to be demolished. Like you said, I hope they salvage the appliances, & cabinets, etc. I really love the sun room too.
Hi Ethan..interesting house ...could listen to you all day long just chatting ..loved the natural light coming in ,the views from the windows were beautiful, all the snow and trees ...looking forward to seeing all the new stuff you got for us ...stay safe well and warm 💋🙏
Lovely house lots of sky light I don't like the split level floor here because its narrow. Nice polished granite kitchen work top, wow beautiful stair ways, this house was designed to have as much lights in it as possible and I like that, thanks for the video.
I think this is a very nice house I love the amount of natural light coming in and it has some cool features like the sunken living it probably needs some work , but would still be a very beautiful and livable home, but I guess that's the way it goes in the way of financial views of real estate. ✌️
Very nice house Ethan. Bummer it's going to be demolished. I liked the stairs and the kitchen. 2nd master closet would be my sewing room. Pretty sweet. ❤😊
Every nice home ive been in , ive wanted a sewingroom! Only had one in one custom home. It was so nice. That kitchen, a person could spend soooo much time in , dreaming up fun recipes, and having every single thing at your didposal!
When you were down in the basement and I saw the bottom half of the dry wall cut out my first thought was grow-op. There was a mary jane growing operation in the house and they likely went to prison. The only reason I know this is because in the early 2000's, we looked at a gorgeous house that was in the same condition (but cleaner) priced under market value. We didn't buy it because we didn't want the aggravation of renovating and also there is the mold issue that people are afraid of.
Hi Ethan 😎🏎,Nice house,I liked the old detail in the kitchen,I also liked the sunroom that was really nice.I like bright open spaces.the staircase was really nice.I liked the step down into the family room,it should have a fireplace in there.I did like the fireplace in the living room, that was nice. The basement was definitely not finished lol.I wonder why the family moved, probably because its getting knocked down.I was wondering hows your most favorite house doing, remember that one,it was so spacious😊. Any your my favorite and I think your awesome 😎🏎 and I cant wait to see what you have next😎,stay cool and see ya next time 😊
the window treat ments in the 1st room are very $$$, I had a custom window treatment biz for 30 years. And that is when they came out! Love your adventures...
Very nice house but a weird layout. You are my favorite explorer and I always find as many of your explores as I can. Keep up the good work and stay safe my friend. 👍👍
The room made into a closet didn't have it's own closet either so couldn't have been a bedroom and I think it's weird a house like this has such a narrow cramped Master bathroom.
If I had a ton of money I would buy this property and put money into renovating and getting rid of the mouldy parts. I really like the layout and appliances.
Very interesting!!! Sad that it is abandoned 😢 It still is a very relevant house today 👍 As you stated, I hope that they salvage all that can be salvaged!!! Sooo very much of this is reusable!!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful adventure with us Ethan! I truly loved it 👍♥️💕
I really love this house,it’s so light and airy. It’s not over modern but modern enough if you know what I mean. Hope your ok Ethan? You seem a little down lately .
I could listen to Ethan say the words “house” and “out” all day long ❤🍁
Same!!
Yes!
Or, nifty aye. 😂😂😂😂
I SO AGREE I LOVE TO HEAR HIM TALK ❤
Me too

A shame so many beautiful homes are being demolished. Why can't they be fixed up. Maybe people just can't afford to live in them
@@teresagray1477 yeah, i feel like anyone wealthy enough would want their own custom design 🤔
I guess there aren't, since they can't afford the house anymore and have to leave.
Thank you for showing this cheerful, imaginative, unique home! The kitchen was really enjoyable. So efficient and bright. It is strange about the basement! I love❤ The cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom on the second floor and my lord the windows there's windows for days..

beautiful house, I liked the light too, and the lay out is different, thank you for sharing🙂🙂
Those fish in the upper bath are Dolphins! Thanks for this great find - really enjoy your vids.
Love this cool little house! The open concept and quirky lay-out of the rooms are great. I think there are a lot of happy family memories here.
Thank you Ethan! Beautiful home!
This is a very nice house Ethan and thank you for the tour of the place 😊I like the staircase too 👍Such a beautiful home ❤️I love it 🥰

Love the videos keep them coming

It's so sad that all of the explores are set to be demolished. That layout was really different...in a cool sort of way. Thanks kiddo, for sharing!
Beautiful house! Love the kitchen. And all the natural light.
Nice house. The layout is not to bad either. The basement is huge, fix it up and that would be nice. Great explore.
Great to see you back with another video I absolutely love all the places you go to keep up the good work
Hi Ethan 👋 I hope you are doing well ❤️I’m good here🥰 Thank you for another great video👍You are awesome 😎 Have a wonderful day 😍
Very interesting home. Definitely one of a kind. Thanks for sharing!
I love being able to peek through these houses! Personal fav is a mirror so we get that " sup guys" or " hi guys!" 🙃
Ethan, glad you got back to 7s with another great one! Be careful and safe. Mikalyn Daugherty WPB FLORIDA

It is a unusual layout but I kinda like it. Great video Ethan 😊😊
Love watching your explores Ethan.
I don't comment much but always leave a like.
Take care of yourself!
What a bright, airy home. I’m personally not a fan of the dark tile intermixed with the light color, but I love the kitchen, old age or not. If the products are quality why replace, or rather why replace. Sometimes the past can’t be replicated.

Beautiful home❤
Nice to see a house not vandalized
some really nice features
This is a real nice house minus the small water damage, very nice...
Enjoying my weekend watching your videos
Enjoy!
Hey Ethan, another gorgeous home slated for the wrecking ball, it seems kinda sad. Thanks for sharing this latest adventure!!! 👍👍🙂
Great house I love the staircase and skylights!!
I really love the kitchen l don’t think it’s that dated. The bathroom door would need changed and knock a hole for a doorway to that other room they used for a closet and close up the other door. That light and cut out at night would be pretty at night. Love your videos!!!

You rock, keeps up the good work.
You find the coolest houses. I really love ❤️ your videos. Wanda from Florida
Its beautiful house. Love the sun room. The house does have a weird layout. House could be saved. Great video ❤🏠🏚😀✌
Fun to happen upon a new video. Only just discovered your channel. Awesome!
Beautiful home! Too bad it's going to be demolished. Like you said, I hope they salvage the appliances, & cabinets, etc. I really love the sun room too.

Love the kitchen. Walls are a bit crazy but pretty cool. Thanks for sharing it with us 😊
Ethan, if the house is not that old, why do the folks in Canada demolish them, instead of renovate and re purpose?
15:56 Very nice bathroom door. Glass in door makes bathroom less claustrophobic.
Another great video!
Beautiful home, sad it was just left.
Lovely house lots of sky light I don't like the split level floor here because its narrow. Nice polished granite kitchen work top, wow beautiful stair ways, this house was designed to have as much lights in it as possible and I like that, thanks for the video.

It’s a cool house. Unless they have been changed out, toilets will give a look at the tank cover. A date should be stamped under the tank lid.
Really nice. Thanks Ethan..
Awesome home, great job 👏
What's up Ethan?! Loved the revisit on the last house. I like this house especially the kitchen. This house doesn't have all this wasted room. Tfs!!👍
Cute funky house☺️
Thnx for sharing ❤️
Thank you for this explore. Overall a nice house, but a rather strange location for the laundry room.
Very nice house Ethan. Bummer it's going to be demolished. I liked the stairs and the kitchen. 2nd master closet would be my sewing room. Pretty sweet. ❤😊

I would love a kitchen like that. Why leave those still useable appliances behind? The range, washer and dryer aren’t that old. Gorgeous house!

I wanted you to go look at the treehouse. Just to see the inside, you never know !!!! 😁👍🏼
You ever get creeped out walking through these places alone?? 😬😳
Ethan not as fit 😂 you are the sweetest keep up the great work you are doing and god bless be safe.
Oh wow I am in love with this place. I'm ready to move in now
I love thet House! I love the cartons in the little girl room! The pink cartons!
