Why I speak the way that I do

I describe a lot about the history and genealogy of my voice, and why it is muted, nasal, and imperfect. Other than my imperfect genes, the major contributors to the poor quality of my voice were (i) my repressive young-age experiences, such as frequently shouting at my family, and (ii) being emotionally suppressed by the Mental Health Authority system from the age of 25.
The permanent compromise to my voice means that I continue to have trouble expressing myself, but I thank those people (here on RUclips) who have made my life and times worthwhile, in spite of these struggles.
