      Haha well glad you found me here! Riverside is the way to go for recording remote content, but even solo content too! I recorded AppleInsider with Riverside, and now Primary Technology video and audio!

    Great videos. I have been experimenting with the free version and it's very good.
    Question.... If I record a solo presentation (or upload a video/audio recording) am I able to insert a slide in the timeline over the video, while the voice over is still running? I can see that I can insert a video, but just want to add slides like for an online course. Thanks!

    Awesome video. quick question. are you able to record video and upload audio after and sync up audio. I have a zoom podtrak p4 and use my iPhone for video and sync up post production. would love some advise? thanks

    Been using Restream for years and extremely happy with it. Are there any key features that separate riverside from the others ?

      Does Restream have good customer service? If so stick with them. Riverside you will never get help if there is a software glitch.

    Hi, 2 Questions: When these files are being recorded locally on each persons device. Is it a temp storage or will a hard copy file of the podcast remain on their computer until it’s deleted?
    2nd question.. If I am recording in 1080p and export in 4k.. will it actually be 4k. 2b. Would there be a significant different if I instead recorded in 4k and exported in 4k?

      Thanks! The files are stored in your web browser cache, and once uploaded to Riverside are removed, so they will not take up space permanently on your device. And the video file when exporting 4K will be the full 4K resolution, but if your initial video source was 1080p it's "upscaled" and will not look as good as a true 4K camera source.

    Hello, thanks for sharing this, I have had some problems uploading one recording of my podcast from Riverside to podcasters, I did it on August 7th, and still I couldn't upload to podcasters, I used my laptop, iPad and Samsung cell phone and nothing, please help me

    I feel like its so much tougher to attempt to simply record an episode, add background music and upload to all platforms how it was before it updated to Riverside, is there any tutorial or guidance on how to simply record and edit with background music + background noise cancellation? I'd really appreciate any pointers!

    What is the 2hr, 5 hr & 15 hr multi track recording mean? So we have only up to 15 hrs of recording in a month? Also what are some ways to connect with customer support if I struggle with an issue.

      That's correct, that's the total number of recording hours you have per month. Doesn't matter how many guests are in each recording, 5 people at 1 hour just counts as 1 hour. And yes, there's a question mark icon in your Riverside dashboard, bottom corner, and you can chat with our live support there!

    When I use atem for video and Rodecaster Pro II for audio as you describe, I have an audio-video sync problem. Is there a way to fix this in Riverside? As it is, I have to sync outside of Riverside which means I cant use as much of the Riverside functionality.

      What audio quality is your Riverside Studio set to? 44.1 or 48? And what's the frame rate of your studio vs. what the Atem Mini Pro is on?

      If you click your profile icon in the top right corner when logged in to your account, click Account and Subscription > Subscription on the left > and there's a panel subscription button right there.

    Be careful using this company. They are having a lot of issues with editing glitches right now and you can't talk to anyone live and they take days to get back to you and never actually fix the problem. I literally havent been able to edit a video in weeks. And no one will talk to me.

      Hey there, sorry you're unable to reach someone. Are you using the live chat in your Riverside dashboard? It's the question mark icon you see, support, and then live chat. I've used it many times and can be talking with someone in minutes.

      Its just a robot that shoves you bot language . There is no drop down for me to select phone as cam. I have the latest Google Chrome and it has control of mic and cam. Still nothing
