I think people dont realize the nervous system takes longer to recover then muscles .and doing a compound lift more then once a week puts alot of mileage on there joints an disrupts recovery significantly. People wana rush the process and dont realize they will make significantly more progress and avoid burn out with less frequency and more balance to there program . Gota learn the hard way.The guys hammering compound lifts multiple times a week most likely have there joints lubercated with extra water weight .i always have stronger days taking 10 days between each muscle group as far as the compound lift goes but i love training to much so i do it every 7 days as far as the main 4 lifts . Hit upper back lat work rows 3 x a week , lower back 2x a week abbs 3-4x. A week cardio 3-4 days a week intervals ,bench squat deadlift an over head press 1x a week an progressing pretty damn good . Of course jumps an throws as prescibed by the forever book definitely want to improve on these ,just a bit nervous on missing a jump at a certain height and causing an injury. But i do jump as hard as i can just a chicken shit when it comes to fliping the box over to the highest level .
Whichever ones were available. I never, ever stuck with a single company/brand. It's pretty much all the same. Except for their advertising budgets. The other thing I did was cut out shit from my diet. So is the food shit? If so, stop eating it. That too helped quite a bit and "shit" food is going to be determined by how your body/stomach reacts to it.
Thanks, Jim!
You are too kind - thank you!

Any idea which probiotics and digestive enzymes you use? My stomach is causing me grief and I think something like that would help a ton. Thanks!

Sounds good. Appreciate your time. Thank you!
What's your fastest shower time?
I don't have one - I keep them around 3:00-4:00. That's always the goal.
Doc Kreis.
You are correct!
