I would like to say, your commitment to the voice is impressive. I watched an older video recently and how the voice was different back then stood out a lot to me. The voice sells the persona.
Thanks for this video! Me and my wife put together her new budget PC following your part 1 and 2, and everything went well! No explosions or mistakes hehe. They only part we failed was the cable management.. it was a bit inconvenient to do similarly to here because of the case and the position of the connections on the mobo. But the case has closed side panes 😂 we tucked them away as best as possible without having wires flopping in front of fans 😊 Can't wait for part 3! Good video 😊
SO COOL! I love to hear that people are enjoying these teaching informative vids. They don't get a ton of views but I love making them. Part 3 will be soon!
1:08 I love your kitten wallpaper, I have my cute budgies on my phone. Dude, you know how to do Electronic Witchcraft. I will either blow up myself or burn the house down. I will just watch your videos to relax. 😂👍💯
@4:25 - They really need to make the triangle a LOT more visible. Was such a pain in the ass when I put my R5 3600 into my B450M back in December because of how hard it was to see the tiny black triangle on the black plastic of the socket. :/
The power/reset/hd connectors are the bane of my existance. I wish these were standardized in a single connector. My eyesight isn't what it used to be and I'm fat-fingered so it's always a PITA to plug these in.
Doppelgänger!!! AAAAAAHHH, Orange and black are on the attack! Revenge of the dweebs!!! Good tutorial. Your editing and B-roll is getting better and better. I personally would have added a disclaimer that some folks may want to use an anti ESD mat and bracelet. People in dryer parts of the world will have more ESD issues. RTFM for sure. Stuff like the configuration on the RAM slots can (rarely) change per vender or model. Good pro tip on the 4/8 pin cpu cables, I’ve not done this twice, never again. Cable Management is brutal for more fans or added RGB. I have 10 RBG fans and an additional 3 white LED fans, there is no acceptable cable management for that!! Side note, your mother has a very nice kitchen! Lol
Nice Tut TD, like how you got the antidweeb in the same shot nice touch.... This is Cranmoot btw.... work email, yes I'm hard at work.... learning things.... very interesting outro
I think that board has one of those weird cooling layouts and prefers using back fan as intake. Not that I've rotated my fans to check if it's true on a cheaper Asrock motherboard, but just a piece of information. Potentially. I'm not sure it goes for your more expensive board. Or that I'd ever bother with it unless I'm trying to overclock it a lot of put an overspecced cpu.
Just make sure that whatever SSD you go for doesn't use internal storage for DRAM processes, it should either use a NAND chip or your ram stick. I had a SATA SSD that used internal storage as the DRAM and it went bad after only 4 years of use.
TechDweeb, can you recommend a build that can handle 4k emulation for PS3, WiiU, 3DS, etc for less than $1000? I asked on reddit, but they just ignore me.
Hard to say how the emulation performance will be, not sure if it'll be possible to pull 4k on a $1000 pc, but it should come pretty close. If you follow my parts picking guide (linked in description) and build the best PC you can for that price, you should be good. I'd say look for an rx 6600 xt or a 6700 xt if you can fit it into the budget. If you pair that with a Ryzen 5 5600x that should do the trick (or intel/nvidia equivalent). Really it depends on what's on sale, what's available in your area. The parts and prices change quickly so you kinda need to hunt around yourself.
Whatever you do though, do not get an RTX3050. Absolutely terrible value for money. You can get an RX6600XT for the same money and it's more than 50% faster.
I can't find the 6600 xt for the same price as the 3050. More like a 6600 non-xt. And yeah, even that is a better value than the 3050, I said so in the parts picking video. I had to get this 3050 because this build is for someone who specifically needs an RTX gpu and this was the cheapest one.

Thanks for saying so!
Thanks! For the help with Ballblazer my Dweeb.
Tip money! It's ALMOST like you want to encourage me to keep helping people 🤔
This is the most comprehensive pc build i saw
Well that didn't explode at all... what the hell? We come for the Dweeb, but we stay for the explosions.

I'm not even planning on building a PC yet looking forward to the video! Keep up the good work dude!
Hands down this is my favourite guide!

I'm so with ya.
Plot twist: there are actually 2 Tech Dweebs
ONE OF US ONE OF US!
More than 2. Way. Way. Way more than 2.

Yeah it's so dumb that we have to deal with those tiny little connectors!
That ending was a meme 😂

Hello, i want to know if the M.2 SSD live longer life then the normal sata SSD or the sata SSD live longer?
Check the TBW rating

Asus give this man a Asus ally
Yes please!
I like how you said sata and data instead of sata and data
It's actually pronounced sata 👆
Oshit you're gonna do a live build
premiere
