Hold on hold on. Hear me out here. Hear me out here. Literally damn near everything has YKK zippers. It's not like a selling point. It's pretty much standard
That's where the packout backpack fails i believe. Veto backpacks have additional strapping over the shoulder straps that take weight so the rear compartment zippers take minimal weight. I wish the packout backpack did that but I guess we will have to wait until they add those similar strappage to a 3rd version of the backpack
In the side by side with the old packout backpack, it clearly looks smaller?? Not in terms of height, but depth wise. Why would i pay that much for a smaller capacity?
Don’t disrespect the be structured backpack by comparing it with the old one. It’s 2” thinner than the old backpack but it’s a trade off for MUCH higher quality, a lot more durability and a carrying handle that is mental reinforced molded PVC. You can’t compare the two. Apple and bowling balls.
The problem with the old PO backpack lies in what you just said, depth. It sticks too far out so you'll tend to overstuff it and makes the backpack way too heavy because the weight isn't close to your body making it awkward to carry like a high-school kid packing all his textbooks between classes. I personally hate the old PO backpack even though I have one cuz I thought it was good at the time. And to add there's too much empty space in it so you'll be tempted to overstuff this thing.
@@MilwaukeeTool_BostonFool Thanks, I've been running the old Jobsite (non PO) backpack for 4 years and its still holding strong but I'm looking around to replace it, either with a PO backpack or the PO tech bag. need something that can hold a lot of hand tools, 3 m12 drivers and a set of extra long double end box wrenches. the ol jobsite back had a deep and thick laptop pocket which works great for my tall wrenches and drivers. Not sure about the packout ones yet
@@ggsdude1 this is what I have seen as well. The pack out backpack will not stand upright no matter how you place it if it is full. This new one would take an earthquake to top it over. In fact, it is more comparable to luggage than it is to a backpack. The sides in the bottom are so reinforced that it can’t help but stand up right whenever you place it down despite how many tools are in it.
@MilwaukeeTool_BostonFool exactly, I hate how it just tips over or it looks like it's about to tip over on the front no matter what I do with it. I want that structured packout backpack but my concern now too is how it doesn't have those support straps over the shoulder pads like veto does to take extra weight so that the rear compartment zippers don't take the weight...so basically I have to be very strategic with what I put in the PO structured backpack if I get one since it only really has the front compartment for hand tools, and I don't carry laptops to work so that rear compartment I dont know what I'll do with it. I just like the packout compatibility so I can either attach to my make shift packout hand truck or carry the bag with a small parts compartment underneath when I go up the stairs etc...I just really wished milwaukee thought of those support straps but I guess we gonna have to wait for their upgrade on those.
I saved up money for a few months to buy a ZP, but it got scratched on the third day. I cried so much, and then my boyfriend bought me a bag from kislux for me to carry alternately. Anyway, there are so many bags on the street, so as long as others can't see it, I think it's fine. The thought is there.
Blackout Veto bags for the win!
Wish it wasn't so bloody red

@@PERKINSP definitely good for you lol. But you should make a trip over. It will be like a mini vacation visiting a new land of wonders lol
0:55 Did I hear that right $190.00 for the new Packout Backpack!!?? I thought MSRP was $320?
Sorry if I wasn’t clear - the new Pack is $319. In the video I said it was $190 more than the older Packout backpack.
Whole weight of backpack is resting on one zip without aditional support? I guess I still waiting for propper backpack from Milwaukee...
There are multiple zippers. One in the back too.
Stfu . You say the same garbage on every video
