Exactly! That's what I thought when I saw the first video. Everyone was complaining that she was forcing her "aesthetic" on the kid. I would die if I was a kid and got a little kitchen that looked like my moms.

Or we could actually teach our kids to cook..... you know....in the real kitchen.... 🙄 People seem to have forgotten IT'S A PARENTS JOB TO TEACH YOUR CHILDREN LIFE SKILLS! Shitty parents are why so many adults now days order take out 5+ days a week. My daughter has been in the kitchen with me since she was 2. It takes PATIENCE which every parent should have - otherwise you have NO business being a parent.

Man I thought I was crafty with everything I’ve built for my daughter but you definitely went far and above. I most likely would’ve just painted it. I never would’ve thought to do the backsplash and everything else you added. Great job. Mom of the year!

Now imagine how comfortable your kid will be learning to cook in the real kitchen, knowing they had practice in the mini version 💖 I love this so much.
Or she could just get the kid in the kitchen now.... people always wait until kids grow to teens or adults to try and teach them life skills, but that's literally a parents job. My daughter has been cooking with me since she was 2. It takes patience, but if you don't have that, you shouldn't be a parent.
@@blueeyedbatman lol true my family used to sit me on the kitchen table and gave me little tasks as I watched them since as early as I can remember, but I still very much admire stuff like this👍🏼 I always wanted something like this as a little girl. Something about mini normal everyday things is so adorable.

All my kids, girls and boy alike, loved their play kitchens (and grocery shopping sets!). When he was little he asked for an Easy Bake oven. Hated that it only came in pink/ purple, but he loved it anyway. What little boy doesn't love cake 😂. Now that he's 25 and on his own for some time, he enjoys real cooking. I'm sure his girlfriends have enjoyed having him cook for them too!

Honestly kids like to mimic their parents I think having an identical play set to the real kitchen is perfect actually
So cool! Especially since kids love to mimick their parents, it's nice they have their own mini replica
🤦♀️ So instead of having the kid pretend to mimic mom, why not...I don't know.... let him help in the actual kitchen so that he can be learning life skills? Oh yeah because that takes patience and an actual effort at parenting.

You should do the thing where people make the faucet work. Like they have a bucket that sucks the water into the faucet and a bucket that catches all the water going through the holes in the sink. Don’t know how you would do it with the regular faucet, but it would be super cool to try

I am fixing a dollhouse that is almost taller than me and remodeling it to look so much nicer so that I would be able to display custom made furniture and stuff I make or customize.

Wait....really....? Lol So in your mind it's a good idea to let kids prep REAL food on a PLAY kitchen that she covered with TOXIC paint and non-food-safe materials? And then to have to clean that play kitchen and your real kitchen at every meal?? Or we could just get some common sense and let the kid help in the actual kitchen. All of you dummies in this comment section seem to forget that a kitchen isn't an adults only zone.....and that kids need to be taught to actually cook, or they'll grow to be adults who order out most days in a week.

Imo i think your daughter--and frankly any kid-- would like it better the redesigned way. When you are a child all you want is to be like your parents. If i had a kitchen like that when i was a child i would have been ecstatic. The ability to cook in a kitchen mirroring my parents, even if its pretend, would have been so fun. Besides, it inspires your children to want to learn how to cook along side you. Which, in my opinon, is better than any color.
You should add a little clock on the top of the fridge/pantry
