I tried out, but for me it does not work ? Do you need a certain tension on the thread or maybe a special thickness on the thread ? Please help me ?
I tried Big capital letter “F” (Patterns II and code 16) and it almost broke my needle and stopped.
Then I tried Patterns I : code 93, 96, and 97 it worked but it does not look exactly as the picture and it is not beautiful and the form is not constant ??

      Hello again,
After tested several thing. I found that the following worked for me : Using a thinner thread, and a sort of paper support that I ironed on the soft tissue (if the tissue is to soft), and the « A » foot, and I took (this time) a lot of care (when threading the upper thread) to guide the thread around the thread guide pulling the thread through the pre-tension spring. This is very important ! Attention that the thread go down in the gap between the two blade, which is the pre-tension spring. Before I did not put it correctly. And also, I noticed, the tension of the thread is important when winding the bobbin. I hold it slightly between my fingers and used I higher speed (between middle and low). And I checked carefully that there are a certain tension in the thread when pulling it. Both for the upper and lower thread. And also, for the lower thread, when inserting the bobbin, I noticed, another thing that is important, that is to make sure to hold gently with one finger on top of the bobbin when you draw the thread, following the arrow markings into the stitch plate thread guide from A to B and finally to C. (See Manual, page 9, to be found on internet, see internet site below). Then I tried different tension from zero to 7, and found out that, for me, tension 5 was the best option when sewing letters.
And, finally it worked, I succeeded to write my name perfectly. I never thought that you had to be so precautious about the threading, the tension of the thread, the tissue support, and the type of foot.
(The manual can be found here: www.bernette.com/en/models/bernette-sew-go-8,
Or more precisely here : www.bernette.com/assets/uploads/general/Downloads/User-Manual/Sew-Go/EN/5029008.0.04-IM_sewgo-8H20HEN230630.pdf)

Which foot did you use to sew the alphabets? I tried with the standard foot that came attached with the Bernette sew & go 8, and it didn’t work.

Standard foot only. Can you watch my video again and try once more? Also use stabilizer or interfacing.
