Bacolod Chicken House Express!!! This opened near my Dad's place in Makati, where I resided during my college yrs. more than 20 yrs. ago, its just across Shopwise Pasong Tamo, Glad its still open, No frills place but damn good chicken inasal, its one of the best inasal in Manila for me, simple ingredients but the char and grill taste is second to none
oh hey I know that inasal place! walking distance yan from my former office in Bagtikan! we always go there for lunch. it's owned by the uncle or relative of my junior designer/protege. sarap din ng barbecue dyan! nakakatuwa! this gives a new perspective to lechon manok and inasal - a viand or dish that some of us take for granted because it has been a part of our daily lives.
I really enjoyed this vlog Chef JP your visitors enjoyed and so amazed for all the food they tasted and really like especially at Cely's. You are really a good host Chef❤
Sir JP its funny how the way you press the elevator same as my daughter how she press it hehe. Hopefully next year will visit your sarsa resto again. Thats the first resto my wife brought me when i went home when we first met in person. brings alot of memories. one of my favorite resto in the philippines.
Hi Sir Chef, I am an avid fan of yours and a true kapampangan… did you try betute from Cely’s? (Stuffed frog). We were in the Philippines last December after 12 years and that’s the very first food I ate. Good luck and congratulations, thank you for promoting Filipino food outside the country…❤
Been following you bro! Liked the palabok at Sarsa. You guys make us hungry with your fantastic, upgraded, fusion Flip cuisine. Sarap, tsarap. Just wondering, your vlogs come across as orangy…color maybe a tweak with your camera adjustment. Otherwise, great palatable food! A modern twist to upgraded Filipino cuisine. Early beginnings for worldwide acceptance…becoming acceptable mainstream Flip cuisine!!!
excited to see your new collab with Team Canlas! They're very good at what they do! Also, it's a fresh air that you get to introduce our Filipino deli to your friends. I would usually see you taste foreign food so this content is really good! I can see they did enjoy tasting some of it.
@@dyini4007 yes at least one of them is a chef of Filipino parents. If i am not mistaken it was mentioned that he was born and raised in Toronto. In toronto Fiilipino ingredients and food are available there. You are telling me his parents does not serve pinoy food? Furthermore he is a chef.
