I hit the like button before I saw the "The jedi way" thing, and then I took off my like. You make it seem like they were doing something wrong, but everyone of those instances (with the exception of Anakin Skywalker, and Mace Windu which doesn't count because Anakin obviously wasn't following the jedi code by cutting off a jedi masters hand) the limbs they cut off belonged to beings that were trying to kill them. Except maybe doku as well, but it still doesn't really count because he was under the influence of the sith lord plus he said afterward that it wasn't the jedi way.
