Great Video. I would like to add 1. What type of equipment do you have access to. 2. How much space do you have access to. This help me in my programming and it opens up room for more exercies depending upon your goals. Yes do a more programming breakdowns. I like watching other coaches thought process going into programming.
Thanks for a great video again ! It is indeed pretty simple to write a program this way. What do you think about incorporating a dynamic effort exercice each FB workout ? Alternating between movement patterns of course.
Yo Jace. Awesome vid. I just wanted to ask you something, So I know of a company that provides online training to those who want to achieve their fitness goals and they have a very high client inflow. Like the number is in thousands. The total number of Trainers in their company is only 8. Which is very low compared to the amount of clients that they receive. They provide individualized training programs and nutrition plans. Plus the clients have text support and voice note assistance during certain hours during the day. So my doubt is whether this company already has a pre-made training program template and nutrition plan template for different purposes like 2x, 3x,4x a week like you have for your UTTH and Programming playbook? Or are they programming for each person, which might take a lot of time? Would love to hear your take.
Thank you! I'd say it's likely 80% pre-made and then 20% customized for the individual. At one point I had 40 1:1 clients, 100% custom, nothing pre-made. Personally, I didn't feel comfortable having this many and have since downgraded to only 15, BUT my sole business is not 1:1 coaching so it's easier to stick to my core values.
Would love to try out your monthly subscription but I’m limited to the following equipment: Power rack w/ bench, BB, DB, KB, land mine trap bar and one pulley system like for a tricep push down. No plyo box or cardio equipment.
Alright so I'm brand new to programing so pardon my ignorance: when you talk about pairing exercises i assume that you hop from 1a to 2b and then back 1a.... doing a set on each ... Right?
Would love to see how you would tweak this type of program for a event such as a Hyrox etc. Not elite athletes , more a recreational/ weekend warrior wanting to do one as fun
Not sure if you're trying to be funny or you're confused but it clearly states two exercises: 1a. Single Leg Variation & 1b. Chin-up variation. That info is also in the show notes.
JB, solid on-the-fly adaptation! 👊 I'd be curious to see how to adapt this template to a strongman-ish style e.g. D1: @ME-LOWER; D2: @ME-UPPER; D3: @Z2-GPP; D4: @Z2-Aerobic (recovery); D5: @GPP (events)
If I had a nickel for every time someone has asked me for subs I'd have a f-ton of nickels lol! Jumping rope, light sled drags, rucking, weighted vest walking, or jogging outside. Beyond that you'll need to either invest in another piece of cardio equipment or go to another gym.

Great video. I am trying to build muscle and still be able to run 20 miles per week. I can’t work out more than 5 days per week

Or perform the entire 60 minutes on your treadmill (probably the best option)
Man alive I hear you! If kinda frustrating when a program calls for 4-5 different cardio machines. 😂
