Awesome series in Kansas, but did anyone notice the big buck running in the background at the 11:32 mark😉. I was to hunt that area once when I was stationed at Ft. Riley. Phenomenal game area
I’ve been watching and learning how you make your step down sets. I was struggling catching coyotes, foxes, and bobcats. I’ve only been trapping for 3years now. Since I stated doing the step down sets my catch rate has went up and I have a lot of confidence in a step down set as well as a blind set. But thanks again for you and Alan for being so educational
I agree, he’s taught me not to worry as much on sets. He does use huge traps tho in my opinion. Most guys around me use mb 450s. You can’t let kittens go if they break a leg in a 650
What a day! With that much steel in the ground it's only going to get better! Nice looking sets and beautiful sunset! Thank you for sharing my friends!
I'm in kansas too at my trapping brother's place we're have a blasted catching fur same as you guys! Thanks to the land owners and my trapping brother for letting me trap on there property!!!!!!
Ol Opossum Allen cleared the way by taking out some trash so they didn’t clog your set’s… 😅😂 Great job guys on some very nice catches! Can’t wait to see more! Good luck!
Great episode, I really enjoyed watching it! I had an uncle that rented a raised house in SE Kansas in a flood prone area right on a 30ft wide river. I was going out one morning to set trotlines, and I got to watch a Bobcat swim across that river, shake himself off then do it again in a 10ft slew section on the other side. That was in the mid to late 90's, I doubt I'll ever see that again. I considered myself privileged to be in the right place to get to see that by staying still and watching it. Bobcats do swim, I saw it with my own two eyes.
you boys are having way too much fun..... "knee slappin' fun" for that matter. sucks to be a critter with you two around. you go boys, clean out that dead wood so Mother Nature can start fresh once again.
When you guys targeting a certain area,in terms of hectares, how big is it?And secondly is the travelway of the trapline circular, elips, rectangular, etc? How far is the macro locations, before you set on the micro locations, apart on the line?
no Sasquatches?.... yet again? back to school for you Stu! I can show you how. no interest? that figures.what you don't know can hurt you. just sayin' dowg....
nobody replies to anything.... including coonious. doesn't have access to the net at home, can't reply he says. saves time anyway. great interaction with your subbies no doubt. :(
RUclips collabs never disappoint! Thank you guys
Just trapping with a legend like Alan is a bucket list and to do it in Kansas sweet 👍 good luck men 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I think that was Allen in the side-by-side.

@@firstinlastout8324 I use several different sizes for different situations but my biggest trap is the mb550

Really enjoy watching the team work! Video of the year!
Love these posts. Congrats on your cat. Saving turkeys and fawns.
I'm glad you guys are having a great time and enjoying each other's company. Be nice to see Alan's catches too. Stay safe, have fun.
Glad you made it to Kansas, Stu, and are having some great success! I love trapping and hunting Kansas, one of my most favorite places!
Thanks for another cool episode. Seeing the Fox was really cool since we don't see many of them here in Central Illinois.
Another awesome video totally enjoyed it, can't wait for the next
I am enjoying watching these videos. Allan mentioned the other RUclips trappers. 330maniac has given me the itch to set some beaver traps.
Great show, follow and watch both you guys so this make an amazing show!! Thanks for sharing..
Super cool line guys
Best time of year for quality fur, so this isn't just about tidying up on the unwelcomed around our farms and fields. 🙂 10/10
That fox and bobcat was awesome

Heck of a day !
1) Now I would love to trap KS sometime.
2) Stu needs to get some wolf tags somewhere and take us along!
3) Another great trapping series!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
So the ground was hard...😅 Great vid.
Pretty damn good day! This is my 2nd year trapping, and I love it. 2 yotes so far this year. 1st was a small female, 2nd was a young male🤙
Some good catches!! Very healthy looking animals. Keep working man 👍
Tight Chains! Earliest I’ve ever been on your channel
Looks like a big whitetail blowing through the background at 11:32.
Ay, a little early. Tight chains!
Definitely should do a Collab with the wild north or northern trapper
Need a kansas badger!
Best series to date!
Nice job.

Awesome stuff got your style set putting up the reds here in southern ny did you see that deer run behind you on the remake pretty cool
I saw that too at about the 11:33 point, I bet he's seeing if we are paying attention.
I believe that’s the side-by-side.
Was that a deer on the other side of the headrow at like 11:30 in the background??
when you did that remake there was a deer in the background
How do you dispatch your animals if you are planning on a reset?
What is your bait combo ingredients for your dp sets ?
Can you share a link or picture of what your fiberglass insulation looks like in a package? So I can find it in a store?
Excellent skill but what does that say for how many bobcats are out there.
what do you use for raccoon bait
I thought we were using Duke 450’s this year. Did I miss a memo?
"this should be a lot of fun". I wish I had a dime for every time we have heard this tired line.... jeez. where's the rest of the deal?
were is day 4
I wish you would show making the sets at normal speed.
You apparently didn’t watch day 1.
Check out his sight, it's like an encyclopedia of how to trap!!
He's only got about a 50 videos of him doing that, check his whole channel out
no Sasquatches?.... yet again? back to school for you Stu! I can show you how. no interest? that figures.what you don't know can hurt you. just sayin' dowg....
Are you guys selling them furs? Not worth shit in Nebraska.
