Deborah Lawson is an incredible woman. Her words were kind, humble, encouraging, and wise, truly inspiring and setting a great example for the students. She is a real asset to the university. The speeches from the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, the Chancellor, the Executive Dean, and of course, Deborah herself, were all excellent. I even found an article on Medium praising this ceremony as particularly outstanding. Well done, Portsmouth!
