My sister has an ed and she’s always comparing the food I’m eating to hers since she on a meal plan and my parents make me eat a really big dinner and finish all of it to make her feel better and it makes me feel sick

Hi Paige, I am a follower of you and a fan, and I hope you will try this recipe, which is a recipe of Arabic origin, and it is a falafel sandwich. Well, we will start with frozen falafel, put it in the air fryer and put it with frozen fries or fresh potatoes and leave it for 15 minutes and take a piece of bread or tortilla Put the bread aside to make the sauce, put two tablespoons of yogurt and put with it a spoonful of tahini (tahini). It is a sauce that most Arab people know. You can buy it from many places and also put hot sauce and ketchup, and when we are done with the sauce we put falafel and fried potatoes and put vegetables Like watercress and tomatoes and squeeze lemon and cucumber and also my favorite pickle !! And put on top of the sauce that we made, I love it with extra sauce, and now we made a falafel sandwich. Enjoy💕💕💕💕

Wow, I was never healthy during uni at all. I can't remember one meal that was healthy. Couldn't afford to. But glad that she is being a good example by eating good food and cooking which is so important. My mom would be proud. So bougie.
