It's a live map and it marks all law enforcement and agents, so it tells you at real time where anyone is at on the map. So you will see say black marker for Secret Service agent for example. It can have the agents no so you got them and all local police could be blue so you have the operation center so can place certain officers elsewhere when needed. Furthermore, there is a Central Command Center where ALL INFORMATION is funneled through, and a rapid response can be immediately coordinated. This is what the Secret Service specializes in! The presence of the gunman was absolutely known, and he was allowed to move forward with the assassination as planned.
These services are all about recordings, gathering data, good communication and followed protocols. Nobody acts on their own, they always report to a supervisor that reports to a supervisor etc... It's heartbreaking to see these men forgetting what their true mission is, to protect people, without any political affiliations 🤔🧐

Of course, that doesn’t rule out a conspiracy. Perhaps the coverage of Trump has been deliberately shoddy, hoping something like this would happen.
