okay, first the jailbreak only works up to 11.00 right now. if you have psn account games on your ps4 then do not connect to internet at all, it might block all the games. but if you are on 11.00 or lower if if you have a console on 11.00 or lower then you can jailbreak and have the pkg installer on your ps4 also you can get games from ps4 archives as well, which you can use your pc to download and transfer them to your ps4 with an external HDD formatted s exfat
remove the Ethernet Cable and clean it, if even possible, clean the ethernet port with cotton buds as well. does the strings pop on your pc when you run the app?
okay, first disconnect the pc from network and close jdownload now open jdownload and reconnect pc to network copy the link in the browser and paste it in the jdownloader and wait for the file to load. now click on start.
