    I don't know why you don't have more videos, but it is clear that you have a skill set that should be shared with the internet! I hope that you start making more videos and share them with us soon. I just bought a Maverick XR-50 meat thermometer and looked to this channel for some content.

    With all due respect.....
    Seasoning goes "directly" on the meat, then, only then, goes the oil..I see you oiling most dishes 1st, then adding seasoning..
    This absolutely does not work, if you oil the meat 1st, no seasoning can penetrate the oil..
    Allways, Allways season 1st, then oil....

      I actually do the same thing. Varying on marbling. Also, I slide my steak first THEN sear over notch 8 flames for 4-5 minutes.
