[4K] Most Expensive Apartment in Korea : PH129 Chungdam in Seoul

Cheongdam-dong, full of luxury streets and luxury apartments, has a different atmosphere from other Gangnam neighborhoods. Unlike Daechi-dong, which is good for raising children, and Apgujeong-dong, where a lot of the rich and elderly live, it is a trendy and closed neighborhood where many celebrities live.
The ultra-luxurious apartment PH129 Chungdam, which started moving in last year, is the most expensive apartment in Korea. At first it was called “The Penthouse Chungdam”, but the name was changed to PH129 with the Cheongdam-dong lot number.
With only 29 units, one-third of these apartments are still vacant. The house price is high, but it is because the loan has been suspended because it has been designated as a transaction permit area. What kind of people are the other 2/3 who have moved in after paying tens of billions of won in cash without a loan?

The rental is of course expensive, but I bet the monthly management fees also must be very expensive in those apartments😳👍

You're right!😊 The monthly rent for this apartment is about $20,000 and the deposit is $1.7 million! 😅 Of course, you have to pay $1,700 a month for maintenance!😆 That's an amount that ordinary people can't afford!
