The soundboard (Engelmann spruce) has beige shellac on it. The rest is finished with garnet lac, one of the darkest shellacs. The back and sides are Bolivian rosewood. It weighs 20 grams over 3 pounds. Macassar ebony fingerboard.

Hola Maestro, woww!! It sounds absolutely incredible. Rasgueos sound so ballsy & bright, unexpected for a negra. If there was a dictionary definition of what flamenco guitar should sound like, I'd expect your picture in there. ;)

DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE. I need you to teach me some of that mad skill. how long did it take you to learn playing so well? I'm trying to teach myself some on my classical guitar - i know that's the wrong approach. but I can't afford a flamenco unfortunately :/ keep rocking bro !
can anyone name the playing style or give an exemplary link for a study guide for the move at 11:44 (some arpeggios blended with legatos there i guess)...btw there is speed version at 11:52...thx
Strings sound too bright and clangy so it sounds really bad IMO. Despite good playing. Did they settle down eventually to more balanced tone?
did they sound like a classical guitar eventually? no.
Maybe they are in the lighter gauge side and Jason has a great powerful attack plus the phone microphone is not picking the bass.
Sounds expensive it is right? God damn it.. I cry in guitar poverty
