I have a complete right bundle branch block I ECG but my 2D echo with doppler results are all normal. Doctor said it's normal but did not really discuss what could have caused the complete right bundle branch block.
Is it Normal to develop RBBB after a Cardiac Ablation? I’m 31, had my Ablation done last year. It’s been so much better as I do not have SVT anymore. My second question is , can certain drugs cause RBBB ? I believe when I went into the hospital over the summer the doctor there said I had RBBB, I also read that it could be Transient. I go to my Cardiologist tomorrow , was curious if it could just be a temporary thing. After my Ablation I also experience PVC’s.
Yes RBBB can be caused inadvertently when passing catheters inside the heart as the right bundle lies superficially inside the heart and a bump from the catheter can cause it but are usually transient
From what I've read, it's not a concern if there are no other symptoms/no underlying disease, though it's associated with a 2x mortality rate IF you get a heart attack.
You can certainly get a right axis shift for the reasons you mentioned. Although the left ventricle makes up the majority of the QRS complex so the axis shift is not always significant. Great question!
I have whats called ,,Right Completed branch block” im 20 years old, im going to die soon right? Im also suffering from anxiety disorder. I did some ekgs, 1 year ago ecg showed that i have incomplete, now its completed. What should i do? Doctors cant figure out whats wrong with me im very depressed. Can anyone please help me?

Great EKGs, is there anyway to show where your cursor is on the screen, sometimes I don't know where your cursor is.
Yes simple but clearly understood...👍

Plz anyone reply is it right bundle deviation is dangerious on ecg

What happened to T wave?? Why negative??
Good question! This discordance is expected in bundle branch blocks given the change in repolarization. Thanks for your support! 😃
Thanks for this. Why don't you get R axis deviation with RBBB, given the depolarisation from LV to RV?
You can certainly get a right axis shift for the reasons you mentioned. Although the left ventricle makes up the majority of the QRS complex so the axis shift is not always significant. Great question!
@@TheEKGGuy Thank you!
