How long should you keep your stock before you dispose of it. Seafood spoils fast I imagine their are some shrimp bits in there.
Freeze it. If you have it in the fridge I'd say no more than a week. But also I would cook the shrimp less, because they are gonna get kinda chewy using this time limit.
Just had me some peel and eat shrimp cocktail and some limey beers wish I had these instead of that old bay lol

Why cook the shrimp with their jackets still on? Am I missing something?
Yes the shells add more flavor, however they're still good without the shells..
