With all due respect to Blackpink, BTS is on another level. Bts were pioneers in the industry setting the standards and methods that others now emulate to try and duplicate their success however it can’t be done. Someday there may come another group that also sets the bar higher but honestly not sure it will be in this decade. No other Kpop group has come close to the achievments what BTS has achieved even though they started as underdogs in the Kpop industry and it continued for years. According to Wiki***** (I don't want to spam.), they have won over 525 awards worldwide. (People will say more like 700+, but I cannot find a list, and some may be very minor awards.) They have a record number of 12 Billboard Awards, 11 American Music Awards including Artist of the Year, and 5 Grammy nominations. This does not count the solo awards and accolades of the seven individual members. BTS fills huge stadiums like Wembley, and sell out some stadiums within minutes. Getting tickets is like The Hunger Games. Only an elite group of 69 artists in Billboard history have debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. BTS has done it 6 times as a group plus two members, Jimin and Jungkook have each done it with solo songs. They have beat records held by the likes of the Beatles. So there you go. 71 year old BTS Army here. Butter is their second Grammy nomination. They now have five. The guy with the purple hair is Jung Kook their main vocalist, lead dancer and the center of most of their choreo/acts. The guy in the red pants is J-hope, one of the two main dancers along with Jimin, the blonde guy you mentioned. J-hope is also the Dance Leader and a lead rapper. They ALL are songwriter/producers and are credited as such on most of their songs. They have been #1 in the world for several years now because of the depth of their lyricism, the depth of talent on this team, and their intense and loving relationship with their highly protective and devoted fanbase called Army. And all seven of them are excellent dancers. They do a wide variety of music, but basically they are rooted in hip-hop. BTS started with a small company that almost went bankrupt, so they have been very looked down and hated by Korean broadcasting stations and other K-pop fandom. So they have struggled from the beginning to prove themselves. Dynamite, Butter, Permission to Dance, these three songs were released in English to give positive energy to people around the world during the pandemic caused by Covid-19. :) Most of their songs are in Korean, and their music video provides subtitles in several languages, including English. If you're interested in BTS' other songs, I highly recommend the music video and live performance of Spring Day and Mic Drop. These two songs are totally different from each other, and you can feel the diversity of their music. And I'd like to introduce the story of the iconic trilogy that led them to a speech to the United Nations General Assembly. I think it would be good to follow the story line. We call him our main pop boy 😄 He loves pop music so his own releases are very much in that genre. You can try watching Standing Next To You mv or any live performance really. He is an amazing live performer. If you want a different genre and try hiphop, may be you can check Suga and his song Daechwita. You must have the subtitles turned on for this because Suga’s lyrics is the soul of his music.

Rm, Suga & jhope and Jin, Jungkook V & Jimin. All have solo hit songs as well. Each member have their own solo albums except Jin who has a single, The Astronaut. The current hit by Jungkook, Standing Next To You is from his solo album, Golden. Its a wonderful album. You'll like it.

Listening to these album feels like my heart healing but if i listen to others it's feel like I am listening manufactured songs. They released 3 English songs during the pandemic to lift spirits, but I’m especially a fan of their Korean or even Japanese versions of so many songs. I am happy you check out the dance practices! All members are amazing, the write and produced there songs. All members are now in mandatory military, and will be back as a group in 2025

His debut single was the fastest song ever to get a billion streams on spotify, hes the kpop act with the most number 1s on spotify global even more then his own group and he spent more days at number 1 then all the other kpop acts combined and quadrupled lol, his solo era was way bigger then any army could imagine. That was comparatively easy choreo for them, if you can believe that. Purple hair - JK, blond - Jimin, red pants - JHope. They are actually the original members of the dance line. JHope and Jimin are the main dancers, JK and V are lead dancers (V got added to the dance line and rightfully so). All seven of them are solid dancers at this point though. If you want to see the original dance line, I highly recommend the choreo they did for Megan Thee Stallion’s remix. They each have different styles but it all just works. As for other BTS songs, what type of music do you like best? Something upbeat and poppy like this? I’d go to Boy With Luv if you want some of their Korean music (not Boy In Luv - different song with different sound). If you like a different genre, let us know. With all due respect to Blackpink, BTS is on another level. No other Kpop group has come close to the achievments what BTS has achieved even though they started as underdogs in the Kpop industry and it continued for years. According to Wiki***** (I don't want to spam.), they have won over 525 awards worldwide. (People will say more like 700+, but I cannot find a list, and some may be very minor awards.) They have a record number of 12 Billboard Awards, 11 American Music Awards including Artist of the Year, and 5 Grammy nominations. This does not count the solo awards and accolades of the seven individual members. BTS fills huge stadiums like Wembley, and sell out some stadiums within minutes. Getting tickets is like The Hunger Games. Only an elite group of 69 artists in Billboard history have debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. BTS has done it 6 times as a group plus two members, Jimin and Jungkook have each done it with solo songs. They have beat records held by the likes of the Beatles.

Butter is not one of my favorite BTS songs, but their Butter performance at the Grammys is one of the BEST.
71 year old BTS Army here. Butter is their second Grammy nomination. They now have five. The guy with the purple hair is Jung Kook their main vocalist, lead dancer and the center of most of their choreo/acts. The guy in the red pants is J-hope, one of the two main dancers along with Jimin, the blonde guy you mentioned. J-hope is also the Dance Leader and a lead rapper.
They ALL are songwriter/producers and are credited as such on most of their songs. They have been #1 in the world for several years now because of the depth of their lyricism, the depth of talent on this team, and their intense and loving relationship with their highly protective and devoted fanbase called Army.

Among ARMY, there is a saying that BTS finds you when you need them the most in your life. :)
BTS is consisting of three rappers and four vocalists. And all seven of them are excellent dancers.
They do a wide variety of music, but basically they are rooted in hip-hop.
All seven members are participating in making their songs by writing, composing, and producing them.
BTS started with a small company that almost went bankrupt, so they have been very looked down and hated by Korean broadcasting stations and other K-pop fandom. So they have struggled from the beginning to prove themselves.
Dynamite, Butter, Permission to Dance, these three songs were released in English to give positive energy to people around the world during the pandemic caused by Covid-19. :)
Most of their songs are in Korean, and their music video provides subtitles in several languages, including English.
If you're interested in BTS' other songs, I highly recommend the music video and live performance of Spring Day and Mic Drop.
These two songs are totally different from each other, and you can feel the diversity of their music.
And I'd like to introduce the story of the iconic trilogy that led them to a speech to the United Nations General Assembly.

Actually, BTS members have all gone into military service in accordance with South Korean law.
After releasing a collaboration single, The Astronaut, with Coldplay, Jin, the oldest member, already enlisted about a year ago and is currently serving as an assistant in the Korean Army boot camp under Korean law.
And J-Hope joined the military about 8 months ago after releasing his solo album Jack In The Box and collaborating with J.Cole. J-Hope is also serving as an assistant to the Korean Army boot camp in a different unit from Jin.
Suga released his solo album, D-Day, and he sold out all of his world tours and ended successfully, and he joined the army, September 22.
And V and RM joined the army on December 11, and Jimin and Jungkook joined the army together on December 12.
RM, the leader of BTS, released his solo album, INDIGO, last December, and another album will be released after joining the army.
Jimin released his first solo album, Face, last March, and the title track of the album, Like Crazy, became the first Korean male solo artist to reach the Billboard Hot 100.
V released his solo album, Layover, last September, and after joining the army, he recently appeared in the music video for Korean female solo singer IU's new song 'Love Wins All' as you know.
Jungkook, the youngest member, sang "Dreamers" in the opening ceremony of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, and his single "Seven" released last July became the second Korean male solo artist to top the Billboard Hot 100, and recently released his first solo album, GOLDEN.
Due to their military duty, BTS briefly stopped working on a group they had been working on for eight years, and have been focusing on solo work for the past year.
They promised their fan base, ARMY that each of them will grow further through solo projects and come back together in 2025 after completing their military service.
Five months from now, on June 12, Jin will return from the military, and J-Hope will also return to our side on October 17. Jin and J-Hope, who will be discharged first, will entertain ARMY until the other five members return in June 2025. :)

We call him our main pop boy 😄 He loves pop music so his own releases are very much in that genre. You can try watching Standing Next To You mv or any live performance really. He is an amazing live performer. If you want a different genre and try hiphop, may be you can check Suga and his song Daechwita. You must have the subtitles turned on for this because Suga’s lyrics is the soul of his music.

BTS are world stars and as group have a lot of record breaking songs. You've probably heard Dynamite or Permission to Dance or Life Goes On. The 7 members consist of 3 rappers and 4 singers. Rm, Suga & jhope and Jin, Jungkook V & Jimin. All have solo hit songs as well. Each member have their own solo albums except Jin who has a single, The Astronaut. The current hit by Jungkook, Standing Next To You is from his solo album, Golden. Its a wonderful album. You'll like it.

Last year all members did solo songs or Albums, the all did good and break records, Jungkooks song Seven (purple hair guy breake a lot off records nr 1 at Billboard 100, 200, Global, Spotify and 3 records at Guiness records. All members are amazing, the write and produced there songs. All members are now in mandatory military, and will be back as a group in 2025

Jung Kook (purple hair) solo album broke all the records. His debut single was the fastest song ever to get a billion streams on spotify, hes the kpop act with the most number 1s on spotify global even more then his own group and he spent more days at number 1 then all the other kpop acts combined and quadrupled lol, his solo era was way bigger then any army could imagine. So I'd say hes the solo member you should check out next but im also completely fine with you catching up on the group videos too

That was comparatively easy choreo for them, if you can believe that. Purple hair - JK, blond - Jimin, red pants - JHope. They are actually the original members of the dance line. JHope and Jimin are the main dancers, JK and V are lead dancers (V got added to the dance line and rightfully so). All seven of them are solid dancers at this point though. If you want to see the original dance line, I highly recommend the choreo they did for Megan Thee Stallion’s remix. They each have different styles but it all just works.
As for other BTS songs, what type of music do you like best? Something upbeat and poppy like this? I’d go to Boy With Luv if you want some of their Korean music (not Boy In Luv - different song with different sound). If you like a different genre, let us know. Someone is sure to come up with a good rec that fits your taste.
