I weep for these messed up people, however this happened. It's terrible. They must have had horrible things happen to them, or most of them. To end up like this, helpless in the street.... heartbreaking.
Stop being so dramatic…they are drug addicts …they rob, steal and lie and refuse any help.
They had the choice. They could have said Nope to Dope.. But made the wrong choice.. Now they have to live with destroying their familys their children not that they give a shite.. If they did they would fight tooth and nail to get clean.. Just my opinion.. 🙄
@@bampitony6108 This is a child's understanding of drug addiction. It misses the point of how many intersecting systemic issues come together to create situations where abusing drugs has a very high probability. These are predictable outcomes. We need to address the problems causing these predictable outcomes, not wag our fingers at single individuals in atrocious situations.

Most cities have laws that are enforced.
The problem here isn’t freedom. I believe in the freedom to personally consume drugs safely without prosecution. The rampant drug abuse and associated crime is a symptom of a deep rot that the core of our system. From the education system to the healthcare “system” to the mental health crisis to the very way we interact with each other and the health of our communities. The rich get richer and many of us feel as if we can’t do anything at all. Is it at all surprising that the cracks are so large that people fall inside them regularly?
Apparently people are free to lace dope with horse tranquilizer too.
The more I see of this the more impressed I am of the great job the Democrats are doing. From Biden to the Mayor of Philly it just doesn't get any better. These are some of the Democrat's best and brightest. Very impressive.
How can you NOT be impressed??? I mean from SanFran to Philly-from sea to shining sea! Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, NYC, all of Southern Cali-it just does not get any better than the Democratic leadership that’s in office! Illegal handgun murders, homelessness, drug addiction, gang activity…it’s just amazing what the Left doesn’t do for their voters!

You neither understand the extent of the problem you don’t even sound like you want to. Democrats get a lot of flak for these problems but at least they’re trying to get at the heart of it even if they are failing. They want to address the issues that lead people to abuse drugs, because problems like this are intractable without hitting the systemic issues leading to drug abuse. What are your solutions? What are some conservative solutions?
@@misterdemocracy3335 I agree with you 100% Mister. I'd love to know what the Republicans would do. Throw everyone in jail? Shutdown Kensington so that these people are spread a cross the whole of Philly (along with their human waste, used needles and rubbish?).
