It's at the mouth of the St. John River in New Brunswick. The incoming tide is so strong it reverses the flow of water out into the bay so it flows backwards for a short time.
@@TheCanadianHomePainter yup, I live near a pretty large and fast moving river where a lot of people drown every year. Just like with an iceberg, what you see on the surface is just about 2% of the entire thing. It's beautiful to see but I'll stay out of there
