Bajadera

Bajadera is a praline that is one of the first Croatian products to carry the Original Croatian label. It was named after an oriental dancer, and the shape of the praline and its design make Bajadera one of the most famous Croatian sweets.
This is a homemade version of a cookie that you can make with hazelnuts, almonds or walnuts, so choose what you prefer😊

200g of ground hazelnuts
250g of ground petit biscuits
150g of sugar
200g margarine with vanilla flavor or butter
300g of cooking chocolate
160 ml of water
1 vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons of oil
