- Here is epsiode 4 of our Oasis of the Seas cruise vlogs. The ship went to Labadee, Royal Caribbean's private island. We had planned to get of and well...just watch it. We also visted the Chops specialty resturant. Track along wth us and enjoy the video.

As i lay (or is it lie?) in my hospital bed contemplating my cruise in 11 months, I decided to RUclips cruise videos to get my mind off of my current situation and I came across you two. U guys are freakin adorable! Jen-nay (in my Forest Gump voice) makes me wanna get bangs lol. I really hope I run into u guys one day! Te veo en el Lido!!! #LaLidoLoca
Been to Labadee about 6 times. We always got off the ship but can’t blame you for staying on the Oasis. My favorite thing on Labadee is the wave runners. I’ve learned that volunteering to be in the front is the better experience on the wave runners. Also loved the excursion where we boated over to a private beach off Labadee. It was idyllic. Can’t remember the name of the excursion/beach. It was hosted by some tour operators who’s family owned the land there. Last time we were at Labadee we had the all you can drink package and opted for Long Island Iced Teas. Got so drunk! I got on an raft/floatie thing and took a nap and floated out to sea. My wife told me she’d watch for me from the beach but she fell asleep and I drifted too far from the beach! I think we’ll go with some lighter drinks next time. 😳 We were on a health kick during our Oasis Cruise so we ate at the Solarium Bistro for breakfast because they had a lot of low cal healthy foods there and the atmosphere was incredible and, as you said, it wasn’t crowded. We usually diet when we go on cruises so we don’t gain weight but we were very thrilled with that Solarium Bistro menu for breakfast and lunch. We tried to avoid the Windjammer because we’d heard it was built too small for the size of the ship. One morning we went to Windjammer at it was a zoo. I think that since at that time in 2009 it wasn’t well known that there were other outlets with included food. Some of the earliest reviews reported that the Windjammer was built too small for this size ship. I have to agree.
We love to take our desserts back to room too. Late night snack :) I'm finally catching up doing a binge watch on your Oasis vlogs.

Our first cruise, same itinerary Harmony of the Seas, at the same time you were cruising! Wow. In Falmouth, we met friends and had a meet up at Rock Wharf??? restaurant. Great memories. funny I"m seeing this today, because I found some of my photos and tagged you on Facebook!

I believe unless you live pretty close to the cruis port less than 200 miles from the city you're going out of I'd go on the harmony of the seas

My husband and I went to Chops on Harmony of the Seas, and we were not impressed. For being a steak house their menu was terrible. I would expect better than a 9 oz Filet Mignon as their top steak. Then when they brought it out it was over cooked. The crab cake was better in the regular dinning room. To tell you the truth the food in the dinning room was better than what we were offered in their specialty dinning. We actually had them cancel our specialty dinning package after the experiences that we had.

That’s a serious arcade, love the hot tub and pool! The pizza set up looks a lot better than on carnival. Also like the signs about saving chairs :) good stuff!

Sorry Jenny missed out on going ashore on Labadee. You really missed out, because it's a fun place. Good food at the barbeque. Good also have warned you off the machine you played in the casino. It's a money eater.
I've seen that service dog. (Roughly 19:40 mark). Dog's name is Star. Was a huge hit on cruise I was on. Poor human had to leave early to go anywhere, everyone wanted to see Star. Myself included.

Seem to remember reading science article about the push penny machines , the ones with all the coins pilled high on top of each other and with notes placed amongst the coins are near impossible to push over , all to do with Friction, Mass , weight on weight etc , all way above my pay grade 😜 basically your trying to push a mountain over with a dinky toy , 🤨
Love the videos so far. Thought I wouldn't like seeing another ship other than carnival's, but this is interesting. I was in a shopping mall here in Florida the other day and it was crowded and noisy and put me in the mind of the Oasis of the Sea. That large of a ship is not for me but I sure enjoy seeing you all on it having fun!

I remember being there in land and at that pool sight.
You should have showed more of Labadee for the people who haven’t been there yet. I’ve been when all you could do is enjoy the beach. I’ve watched it buildup over the years. We were there this past summer and just got off and rode the trolley around several times, then got back on the ship. ( being old now I don’t do to good in the sun).

The only day my son doesn’t play is Saturday...it was neat to see the jazz room and see what it was like anyway!

Why did you not get off the ship in Labadee. It is very nice there. Also why would you waste your money on that quarter machine. I never witnessed anyone winning . Like the music playing while you are at chops restaurant. Jenny you looked beautiful at chops restaurant. I love to people watch on the Royal promenade deck. Love the pizza on the ship. You two are funny!!!

I don't blame you at all for wanting to take advantage of the ship on a port day, but I probably would have done the private island and skipped Jamaica. But to each their own! I'm always more excited for the ship than I am about most of the ports 🤷

I have been on Oasis and Allure and yes they are nice... but I do not understand why you want to feel like you're not on a ship? Id rather have lots of glass windows looking out to the sea instead of a shopping mall
