My Mom is a total covert Narcissist and my Dad is a complete Narcissistic Psychopath. Grateful to have a background and crazy education in dealing with this and I help clients with this yet, it hurts to have to cut them off and go no contact. ❤
A therapist pointed this out to me 6 years ago and told me to go no contact and I thought because of my level of faith, education, experience and expertise that I could stay in contact.
I totally get it now and have a crazy strong boundary game and I am not in contact with them anymore and it's going to be a wonderful, long, happy and healthy life.

The other night during the full moon, I had a very brief dream that a large hawk or eagle flew through my bedroom window and landed at the foot of my bed. The feeling of the bird impacting the bed right in front of me actually startled me awake! It was so powerful! Now it makes me think that the message was something like, "Wake up! Your full power is here!" 🦅

I don’t comment a lot but you actually get it, this is exactly what I’m going through and it’s sooooo tiring, everyday is eventful. This year has been so challenging for me. It’s like I died and now recreating myself and that takes sooo much energy. Your spirit has to be strong enough to make it through the process because sometimes u just wanna end it all. But I’m grateful I made it this far. I should’ve been gone like 4x but by the grace of god I’m still here.
