Wow. That was yet again such a super aligned message and you are a total gift 🎁 My Mom is a total covert Narcissist and my Dad is a complete Narcissistic Psychopath. Grateful to have a background and crazy education in dealing with this and I help clients with this yet, it hurts to have to cut them off and go no contact. ❤ A therapist pointed this out to me 6 years ago and told me to go no contact and I thought because of my level of faith, education, experience and expertise that I could stay in contact. I have released my Woody Woodpecker and I have stopped interfering with myself.
