Oh, and whether you post it or not, you should check out the Live version of Vibe. There's a live band and Taeyang and Jimin's voices are so nice. No dancing, and a different arrangement. Many reactors, as well as myself, prefer the live version as you can really hear their voices and the live band kills it!

Jimin is the total package performer. His good with all his talents. Just give him the platform to perform he will give is 200% best with looks, voice, charmed, and dance skills. Is a killer. This combo with taeyang is totally a VIBE... very addictive this music.

Taeyang is the 2nd Gen idol who inspired Jimin to become a performer. If you want to know more about him, you should watch the interview by Suga that was released this morning.
He is an extremely classy guy with a spotless reputation. And incredibly generous to not just feature Jimin but invite him to make a true duet, and give him those incredible ad-libs at the end when Taeyang can easily nail those high notes himself. THIS IS THE COLLAB OF ALL TIME. The choreo is trademark Taeyang - MJ-inspired with a dose of dougie thrown in. He's also notorious for forgetting to bring a shirt 😂😍
Yes Ofcause not everyone having a invite to do a song with his/ her inspired idol .... but jimin achieve that because of his talent.... teddy had some major recognition of jimin even before 2years

Taeyang is a crazy good vocalist, I wanna start with that and this song really is a vibe.
And Jimin has magic in his voice, it is a unique tone that is unmistakable Jimin, you know it's him and it is so dynamic and textured and full of emotion. It's been described as "starlight powder voice" in Korean media and somehow it was so right.
Jimin with his voice and also with his looks and dancing has that uniqueness, magic, "the Jimin effect" that draws people in.
I love how they sound together and the live version with the live band is so groovy and great and the bts of this music video showed them having so much fun and their mutual respect for each other.

This is even better in the strip back live version. It wasn’t a duet ever in my thinking. I have followed 17 years of solos and group effort by Taeyang, it I like the song…Nice introduction to Jimin.

The Bruno song you're thinking of is "Finesse." It's a classic "New Jack Swing" pattern from the early 90s, think Bel Biv DeVoe, Bobby Brown.
That drum beat before the chorus reminds me of Bel Biv DeVoe - Poison song, I was a big fan of them back in the 90s, dancing at hip hop clubs here in Australia. I'm 58 now and have loved BTS since MicDrop MV remix came out in 2017. They bring me back to those days so much!! The 90s was the best time for music. I am learning to give respect to Taeyang, too. At first I was skeptical. Two things that helped were Suga's drinking show this morning - Taeyang is the guest - and seeing Taeyang perform 2 songs live while doing military service. You are right about Jimin. Imagine Taeyang feels knowing a guy who was a kid who idolized him now surpasses him. I wonder if he would have done the collab if he new how good Jimin was going to be.
Total disrespect of the King.
Thing is, you should of trusted Jimin from the beginning and not relied on someone confirming it. Jimin would not collab with anyone not worthy enough.
You may want to keep trying because there was no respect in your comment at all. Quite the opposite. This was a dream come true for Jimin. You don't have to like Taeyang, but you don't have to drag him either.
Imagine how embarrassed Jimin feels to have a fan who disses his own idol. You really think he likes reading that. Says more about you than it says about anyone else.
