I purchased this boat in December of 2019, and got it right before COVID shut everything down. I went all in, all options, 450TF 150Merc, Seat Bolsters, Spare Tire, Carpet, Bimini Top, Custom Boat Cover, and installed a 9" Lowrance Depth Finder with GPS on it and keel guard and bass seats. Overall three years later, very pleased with the boat. trimmed out 6 people full tank of gas, 50mph. Comes out of the hole fast and runs good. First day out motor started overheating, took it back. No questions asked, installed a new motor had it back out with a week or so.. All in out the door tags, lic I was right at 40k. I would recommend this boat to others. I plan on keeping this for many years. If there was one negative, if the water is real choppy and you don't have anyone sitting in the bow, it is a rough ride at 25mph.
Wow Ray you rigged that thing up nicely. I bet that is one fun boat out on the lake cruising and having fun with the family. Good to hear your loving that boat.
A fish and ski boat is the one frivolous item I did buy for my family. To take camping on Table Rock and other lakes thru the years. Never did I regret it. Great memories!
This is basically the boat I got. It's now the 2022 185S. I don't have the fishing package on mine but I did add upgraded stereo, flip up bolsters on both seats, Bimini top, cover, spare tire on the trailer and upgraded the motor to the 115 HP Pro XS. It came out to just over $38,000 for everything including the tax and registration in Florida. I'm glad I ordered it when I did since it went up $1600. My build date is this Friday August 6th. I'm so excited to get it. I'm also adding the Garmin Echomap UHD 73SV to it when it comes in. I'm also going to add blue LED lighting throughout the cockpit. The space under the middle of the bench seat is for a cooler and the battery is located under the Starboard rear hatch. I'll be adding a second battery eventually. That rear compartment is a huge locker. They used to offer it as an I/O so that space is where the engine would normally be. I'm getting mine in Storm Blue and will be adding custom 3 color Seadek Storm Gray on top, Bimini Blue for the middle and black for the bottom layer when it arrives.
If your looking for a good Tahoe check out the 700 limited. I got one two years ago with all the options. Thing has been great with zero issues. 300hp Mercruiser inboard, wake tower, decent sound system, seats 9.
Just bought a new tahoe 1950....now I understand that boats are all hand made, more like houses than cars. But I'm questioning the workmanship. I did a visual inspection before purchase, but not every screw. I've noticed some workmanship issues after 2 uses. I found a drill bit jammed between two cushions. I found a screw half drilled in (maybe because the guy lost the bit and forgot about it by the time he got another?). One of the trailer lights popped out on first dunk, so it was obviously not set correctly. The motor mount has excess visible epoxy that's kind of messy looking. So far, none of this has impacted use, but it makes me worry and thinking maybe I should get a survey done to be sure nothing *really* serious is wrong.
Never buy an underpowered boat. Places like Bass prop and Legend like to package boats with insufficient HP just to keep the price down. Always put the max HP on the boat or close to it. If this boat is rated for a 150 and they got a 115 it's going to be a dog. Full tank of gas and a few friends and it will run like crap.

Dang you got a nice boat with a lot of good stuff in it. I bet that is one fun boat.
@@TBassFactory It's going to be once it gets here!!!!!!
@@TBassFactory I finally got to see my boat yesterday. Hopefully I'll be picking it up in the next couple of weeks.
@@erichindemith9373 how’s the boat doing?
@@samhowell6729 It's doing well. I just did the first service on it.

That is a nice setup Joe, I bet that is fun at the lake.
Great video, actually the best video I’ve seen for this boat so far.
Thanks bud I appreciate it
This guy is so cool. I’d be happy to take him out on my boat for a fishing trip
That would be a good time. I appreciate that bud
Great Tahoe boat. Excellent video
Yeah I like that boat too. Thanks David
Can those kind go out on the ocean or are they just for the lakes.
They can go into saltwater no problem but it’s always good to flush them with freshwater afterwards.
U should do all Baitcasting reels a bass pro because I can't find no video of it
That’s a great idea bud. I sure will.
Thank u so much one of them it the bass pro shops formula

It’s really pricey compared to T16 and T18 which is about the same thing.
Yeah those 2 really are veery similar for less of a price. This boat was alot bigger than the t16 tho.
What do yall think of this boat?
You won't be happy and it's under powered, not a true fishing machine
Another great video as always buddy!! Could you do a recent video on them center console aluminum boats PLEASE!!!
Thanks Danny. Yeah I’ll see if they have one in stock but it’s been tough finding boats with such a high demand.
@@TBassFactory yeah buddy I know just what you mean!
"I'm not no expert but.... '".... "look at the deepness" Not a bad boat, I agree, yikes 33k going to pass one this one. Thanks for the vid 👍
Ha, yep. Thanks bud
$33K really isn’t that bad for that size boat.
As much as boats have gone up I would agree that isn’t a bad price at all Ted.

I totally agree Bob. Sometimes I wish a boat maxed with a 150 could take a 175 or 200.
@@TBassFactory I believe you can go over but it may void the hull warranty depending on the manufacturer.
Those are not live wells my guy those are coolers
Actually, I have this boat and they are live wells. They have water intake valves and drains. :)
@@GYATEZ you may have that same boat live well are upgrades but that particular one those are coolers my guy.
