    Nice walk around the area, used to stay around that part of the city when I was there pre-covid. Good to see the Atlantic bar open; thought it was closed for good. Looking forward to getting back there later in the year.

      @@steveone another thing I have to take into consideration is the length of the bike. I’ve actually considered getting a Honda 160 because it’s 4 inches shorter in length. My NMax is a little bit too long for my pick up truck which has caused minor damage over the years to my tailgate.

      @@HeyWattsUpCycling Good question, I personally love the initial smell of durian. But what I don’t like is the overload fragrance the fruit produces when stored for a long period of time. Making a mistake, such as putting it in your refrigerator, you can be assured that everything in the refrigerator, including bottles of beer will taste like durian. Hahaha. What I found out in the past is either you love it or you hate it not much in between.

    Why does Durian smell good to you? I Never wanted to smell it and never had a desire to try it.

    • @MargaritasinParadise
      @MargaritasinParadise  4 дня назад +1

      I probably would give the credit to my X-Nikki. I resisted just about everything when it came to Thai food with her and definitely missed out on the good life in general. When it was too late with her; I knew I need to change, I needed to try new things. There were many things that I just couldn't believe how good it was. The curries, the soups, different types of rice, all kinds of fruit and vegetables that at one point were nothing more than weeds in my past. Even things like tongue, frogs, chicken feet. I can remember the only thing I knew about durian was that it stinks. I knew most Thai's loved it. That there were signs forbidding Durian in hotels. When I tried it, it was creamy delicious. The older fruit is what I like but many people like the younger more firm fruit. Something about the initial smell I just love, but it can become over-powering.
      Believe it or not I'm eating a durian ice cream bar right now.

    Do they still have agunb range near Tiffanys ? I remember many years back going in on my own, but they would not let you use a gun unless you had someone with you to sign an agreement. Or at least I think thats what it was its many years back. I wonder if they still have that rule or you can just visit and use on your own?🔫🔫

      You’re right the Asian market is something else in this area. For the most part though they are controlled with these mass bus system. The tour guides only take their tours to places that the guides receive commissions such as restaurants and massive massage parlors. They also normally stay in hotels that are off the beaten path away from the normal tourist areas.
