it seems easy for us at first, but then we realize that many words resemble each other and we can't tell what people are saying, so it's way more difficult.
@@Anonima-1819 yesss, like i hear someone saying "wo shi" (i am) and then they are actually saying "wo chi" (i eat) its not the best example but i hope you got it
Hi my dear friend! A question from Sweden; when you see a sign you never seen can you still read it out? Are the some standard sounds for standard signs?
Hola my Mandarin speaking amiga. Really like how you stress the physical aspects of the mouth to pronounce correctly. Been watching different videos and I'm glad you came across. One question. Couple times you said a word I couldn't understand. You said I believe, "You "POUND" your mouth?" Sounds like "pound." It's at the 4:32 mark on the video. Thank you. 🙏😊
Yes.. it is like a Retroflexing sound which to English speaking people would sound like an American R sound.. but it is a little bit different from the way R is pronounced in English.

I have watched several youtube videos I like this one the best because you focus on the 6 letters. These six pinyin are definitely the hardest to vocalise. Because I write music I find I learn the Chinese characters easily.
Mam please tell me This correct chronological order 1.parthenontemple 2.jawaharlal Nehru 3. The Olympic game begin 4.confucius 5. Establishment of Rome republic

I think a good way to explain ci is to say it is like t and s put together because in Serbian and other slav languages they have a letter that is ts together and I actually forget what letter that is but correct me if my understanding of the way ci sounds is wrong
It was good to listen to those sounds but I am afraid you have not clearly described the difference between the sounds. Your repeated that they were pronounced the same way.

I just want to know if I'm the only one who hears zhi, chi, shi as though they've got an R sound at the end. That's all that gets me...... It GETS ME
