I don't know why he included the price of the laser in his sheet, considering at the beginning, he stated that he had it for other uses. Meaning he already paid for and owned it. So in reality we only have to calculate for his other expenses, like the lens and telescope, so after 6 more trees taken down, he will be legitimately saving money.

A water jet for cutting on a drone has a few problems.
1. Water jets are generally pretty big and can't be carried by a drone and most require a powder bag for grit
2. The pressure from the water being ejected would send the drone spinning in the air from sheer force.
