wheat grains ko dho k pani mai rakha jata hai or kuch din mai wheat grains se small seedlings nikalne shuru hoty hain. Once the seedlings start to appear the grains are dried in sun. Once dried, grains are ground into powder and due to natural process the flour becomes sweet.

I was under impression that Markhor is protected under wildlife protection Act schedule 1 in Pakistan. Schedule 1 implies to highly endangered species which can't be hunted, kept, sell or purchased.
It can be hunted only after paying Trophy Ammount. Which his quite Hefty for most of locals.
@@mohammadsaad9568 sahab, well, Pakistan is full of rich people quite fond of keeping wild animals. They happily pay enormous amounts to fulfill this hobby. They will happily pay an amount much more than the amount charged for trophy hunting, to keep a markhor in their private zoos. I think that can be a good step to increase the number of this majestic animal.
@@sunilsrivastava57 Dr sahib, the amount paid is about 10,000 US dollars for one hunting spree. You are only allowed 2 animals, that too a wildlife expert approves who accompanies you. Old Males and Females are allowed only. The Markor is no more endangered, they are quite in numbers now. You can go to WWF for verification and see that it is no more endangered.
If i May, the tigers of the area too once were endangered, now Govt buys any animal that is caught by locals for killing the goats and sheep. Usually it is about ten times the price of an ordinray goat.

Markhor is an endangered species, The national animal of Pakistan.
Because of people eating it or hunting it for the skin or head, There are hunters which still hunt them down.
People should be more aware of their responsibilities as a citizen and should not eat such meat so at least the demand goes down and the hunting can be lesser!!
The hunting is what pays for the conservation of remaining Markhors, the funds generated from the trophy hunting licenses are what pays for protecting the rest. One hunting license usually goes in excess of 3-4 million pkr. There is a set amount of animals that can be hunted during the season and thus it limits any illegal hunting or poaching as well and works to protect the endangered species.

Game or wild animals meat whether Markhor, dear or ducks have very metalic taste, the meat is dry and lean due to the habitat and consistent struggle animals have to do to survive. This taste does not appeal to the taste buds of people who are used to farm raised animal's meat. People talking about the good taste of game meat are just creating the hype and overrating the taste.
