My FAVORITE VOLLEYBALL PRACTICE OF THE YEAR... so far | PME plays Volleyball

Hi there! I'm PMEvolleyball and I'm a Sophomore on the LBC Mens Volleyball team. Today was the second official practice of our Fall Volleyball Season, which is about a month long. During this time we are in the gym practicing three times a week and there are a couple of competitions/scrimmages that we will be participating in. I had a great time getting to hone my skills and put some work in on my volleyball skills before we get into the real season later this winter. We got to scrimmage at the end of practice today so of the sample size of two practices that we've had, this one was my favorite so far! I plan to start recording most of our practices and competitions so you can see and follow us along our volleyball journey. receive a few that are not so hard, and then progress to stronger ones, make peace with knowing if you don't position yourself well you might get hit in the face but it comes with the sport, once you receive a hard one and realize it wasn't as bad, you'll only get better with time

Get a ball and a wall. Practice all the basics: Receiving, setting etc. I started about 1 month ago and its a LOT harder than it looks.
