I think it was my Mum who shouted out repeatedly, " Turn him off , turn him off, I'm going to wet myself! Saw him at Blazers, Windsor. He was brilliant. Had us all in stitches. One of the girls who worked there said that every night was different. Rene and Renata were one of the minor acts...did he give them some stick. We were still crying with laughter in the coach on the way home as we remembered parts of his act. Will be sadly missed.

For a comedian he really did have an extremely good voice. (I suppose he was an all round entertainer but comedy was his main strength.)
