Agree with you. I don't understand why all the black people want to stay in Accra. There are 16 regions. Buying land was very easy for me in kumasi and sunyani . I so many acres with ease. These black folks need education
Are you saying stay in places outside of Accra and Kumasi? I think folks coming from U.S. want to stick with what they know as Ghana is still developing to try to avoid bad investments. But this is good! What regions do you recommend are developing over the next 10 years?

You only pay $1200 for surveying, documentation and registration because those lands are virgin lands. Contact Ekow Simpson or Alreta Israel to help you out if you are outside Ghana. If you are in Ghana go to Asebu and speak to the chief who offered the lands to diasporans
