I went to hell and back with anxiety and am now 99% recovered and I can tell you that every single word of this video is solid gold advice. THIS is the ONLY thing that works. Watch this video 10 times if you have to.

Great video, your book, app, and videos/podcasts have been my number one source of healing and relief for my Panic Disorder/Agoraphobia. Still working on it, maybe one day I'll join the bootcamps. This should be taught in every school at every level every year. All three of you are doing great work keep it up! ...I only wish my Panic cartoon character was Aida..I'd be much more welcome to attending and befreinding my panic instead of the panic cartoon character I created lol💘. No cruise thanks, I'm good.

What Aida said was 100% true. I’ll hVe moments where my mind will tell me, that’s too overwhelming for you or don’t do that because it might give you anxiety. I just ignore it.

I have been recovering well but recently my anxiety changed and I have started having anxiety about overthinking each thought or action and using DARE response too much. it feels like I am using DARE response as a distraction which made me doubt if I really am recovering

Did Aida go to a cardiologist about her racing heart or was it accepted as a variation of normal since the heart is not a metronome?

Does this also Apply for chronic dizziness and balance issues? I feel them all day long...Just DO nothing and take the UNcomfortable feelings with me?..🙏

I also have chronic dizziness and 100%. This approach works for that too even though its hard when you have 24/7 symptoms
