“I wish I wasn’t as busy when I first became a dad” That hit deep. While we all found joy and pleasure watching Gordon Ramsay during his time in Kitchen Nightmares, Hells Kitchen, and Master Chef. He gave some precious time away from his family doing what he loved. A risk for a risk.
I always wondered how he has any time for his family and what they must think: Now I know.
At times, I think Ramsay must have ADHD with how he wants to be busy 24/7, doing one thing after the other without just relaxing and taking a break.
You really do need to prioritize your time: It looks like he is reflecting on that now.

I think it matters how you make up for not being their if he wasn't that great of a dad he would have memorized his bedroom as a kid. He tries to show his love even though he's not always there. And honestly that separates him from parents who aren't around much and knows nothing about their kids
We've seen glimpses of family time in LA while filming Hell's Kitchen. The effort is there. Yes, that risky balance of time is important to acknowledge.

I love Gordon as a dad, he’s so lovely and he and his wife have brought the kids up so well. You can tell her adores his children and would do anything for them. He may come across as harsh and tough in the kitchen, but with his family he’s a big old teddy bear.

The dynamic between father and son is so genuinely light-hearted. It's good to see Gordon Ramsay being such a grounded family man despite everything he has to do.
Gordon has a great son that he has raised with great care. Jack is wonderful and a product of great upbringing. It’s joyful to watch kids brought up in a welcoming and thoughtful environment. Despite wealth and celebrity status, Gordon has got this right.

From experience working on set, a stylist will dress you. For example on my shoot about building relationships, I was dressed in white and my mother was dressed in black as a contrast because we lost of way. This is too show how close they are but different because even though the colours are the same the style of clothing is different.
