    Bro for everyone information if Accenture is giving 8.5% of bonus, then it’s not 8.5 of 4 lakh, it is 8.5 of base pay which is 16lakh*8.5/100. = 1.36 lakh

      Ye 6 months ka default rhta hai 8% , ? Mtlb har 6 month mai 8% milega fixed ctc ka?

      @@abhishekchowdhary1358 have 1 doubt, accenture announce 8% bonus means it will be calculated on fixed ctc right, for example 14 L is fixed and 8% of it is 1,12,000 is it paid full or this amount is divided by 2 and paid in may and November or this only for 6 months next cycle new percentage and new calculation?

    How do you check your current CTC in Accenture?
    Allsec or rewards site doesn't show precise CTC.

    I am currently working in Wipro and have 18 LPA currently. I got an offer from Accenture with total CTC 28 LPA including 6 lacs as variable pay and 22 lacs fixed. How much variable pay will be paid and how this will be calculated?

    Hi i joined Accenture on June 2022 as fresher CL 13.3 its already 1.6year completed when i will get promoted to 12 any idea please let me know?

      I have joined Accenture on 21/06/2022 CL 13.3 with CTC of 205000
      Now it's 1.7year experience I am in CL 13.2 when I will be promoted to 12

    I got joining letter in Accenture (4.5 LPA) for 28nov Mumbai and iam from Hyderabad and
    I had offer letter of dxc technology (4.2 LPA) and work from home

    Looks like an immature content.
    1 - Every major company has Fix pay & Variable pay and yes it is divided in half early basis so if you join at the end month of the half year obvioulsy you won't get the full amount it is always clculated on ProData basis.
    2 - Yes variable pay is never received as full whihc is why whenever salary is negotiated consider variable amount to be received 0.
    There are many cases when you get it full, 75% or max time 50% and if you perform realy bad you get atleast 10-20%.
    3 - Benfits depends on companies sometime its free sometimes its charged, but Accenture medical benefits are free and good they cover you with wide variety of policies in case of any mishap.
    Make your content a bit better and yes there are negatives but also mention that these negatives are there in other companies also.

    bro i am a btech fresher , i got Accenture offer saying 3lpa for level 13 but in offer letter its 286,000 including pf, taxes etc.... i want to know will i be getting 286000 / 12 months or evn less than 286000/- , i will be getting?

      Please consult your HR. It should be exactly 3lpa. Assuming it is 3lpa then you will get around 22k in hand

    8% of fixed or 8% of variable.
    I have got offer of 16.5 lpa fixed and variable is upto 21%.
    I am hoping variable will be 8% of 16.5 lpa.

    Bhai pagal hai ya fresher hai?
    1) Pf har jagah 2time kat ta hai, ek employer's contribution ek employee's contribution.
    2) Medical insurance and gratuity har jagah part of CTC hai.
    3) upar se bohut companies mein stocks and shares bhi part of CTC hota hai. Aur wo stocks ka bhi lock in period rehta hai.
    4) variable pay sab jagah deduct hoke hi ata hai that is why it is known as variable pay. Sukar manao vp mil bhi Raha hai. Bohut si companies mein market down bol k vp mid aur senior level employees ko mil nahi Raha aur junior level mein deduct hoke mil raha hai.
    Koi pagal hi hoga jo CTC ko 12 se divide kar k apna monthly in hand nikalega.
    Basic thumb rule is (CTC-vp)*0.065=monthly in hand(roughly)
