Try putting your hands under your lower back & butt, or maybe a folded blanket. Try doing it with your head & shoulders lifted. I've been working out for years & my back always hurts when I lay down flat & lift my legs. When my head is lifted it does not hurt. I am unsure why.

But I could only do 2 rounds lol the third round I felt nothing and knew I was mentally tired bc I wasn't getting the burn...so I stopped bc there's no point in going through the motions if my muscles aren't engaged. Quality over quantity, thanks for another amazing video!

how long should you do a plank? i have an exercise program doing it for 10 seconds and that doesn't see like enough. do you recommend a Free droid app? also you should show your abs more. :)
Abs are made in the Kitchen, not with specific exercises,.....PERIOD! We all have Abs, if you want them to show, eat clean and do a little sports, THATS IT!
A) Planks, 45 s
B) Restrained Curl-Ups, 12 reps
C) Double Leg Raise, 12 reps
D) Reverse Curl, 12 reps
Repeat 3x

You may have a tilted pelvis, there’s exercises and stretches you can do to fix it
Could be muscle imbalance. You need to develop your lower back muscles
It means don't do leg raises... #geez

when i workout, i do plank for 1 minute or if you want you can do it for longer
