Container Homes are very atrocious to my taste, but I have to admit that I really luvv those customized plunge pools. That's a sure winner of innovation! Ciao!
The container pools would be awesome if the smaller options had the current generators for swim training. The Igloos would good to use with hot tubs...
I can remember my paternal grandmother having one of those chair lifts installed in her house well over 30 years ago. So they have been around for quite some time.
The motorized pivoting mechanisms on those Avantgate doors look like they eat up about five feet in width of usable parking space. Instead of gaining square footage, you actually lose a few square feet.
All pretty good ideas, Lego sets for adults that actually serve a function is pretty cool and the self-contained pool module really works to avoid a bigger mess overall, but the chairlift is I'm sure other people will point out has been around a very long time, I remember seeing something exactly like that in the movie Gremlins in 1984.
the stair lights are kinda stupid the point of them is to see the steep before you go down it not when your foot is already on the steep. put a motion chip in the first an last steep that activates all the steeps rather then individual steeps
And your budget holy crap. Like, if I were moving rentals often I could totally see investing several thousand dollars into a gigantic lego set that could be used to customize the new place, but real fixtures and furniture is just so cheap by comparison, especially for owned property.
The only usefull items aare. --that container swimming pool --step lift -- that motion detection lights are available everywhere ...cheaper than that they have shown
those gates... 'make the best use of space' no the lifting things on either side are huge and take up loads of space a normal gate would not 'doesn't take up additional space' yes it does, the huge lifting mechanism 'can be installed in narrow corridors' again the lifting mechanism would be too big for this
These electrical home gadgets are both enticing and scary. What if the remote lost, what if electricity down, etc? I don't even want to talk about wifi security camera when they live stream your life on another side of earth, lol!
Actually, those ideas look pretty stupid--hence why they haven't caught on. A pool inside a container? They have that already, it's called a hot tub. An electric attack floor? Good for about one in a million homes. Lego walls and furniture? How many people want a temporary faux wall? The furniture looks ridiculous and uncomfortable, something for only a child's playroom. The only thing that looks desirable is the stair lights. I'm betting for the cost, most people will continue to just flip on a light then walk down the stairs.
Love the pool.

Definitely love the Lego style building blocks
Love the shipping container pool great idea and really liked the garden igloo

the stairs at the beginning gives me Billie Jean Vibes
The steps lighting is a great idea...but if the sensor works not only to turn the light on but also to turn the light off as person is away
great
All i could think was "I'm going to pick up the pieces and build a Lego house. If things go wrong we can knock it down." 🤣🤣
That last one drives me up the wall.

cool SEQUA stair lights
Awesome. The giant Legos are funny, and cool.

Goes to wonder how long before LEGO’ Construction & Furniture divisions are created.
Лего 👍
👍🏿
There's no real advantage to using a shipping container over whatever regular above ground pools are made out of

I remember seeing one on a tv show 20 years before that.
FIRST 500 Tech Zone Is the best gadget channel!
when i see the chair lift i remember the movie Gremlins where they launched the old lady out the upstairs window by re-wiring it.
That's cool! God bless!
I sense an incoming Cease and Desist order from the Lego company.....not sure why
I really love these ideas
amazing gadgets bruuh 🔥🔥
Love this channel! The narration, the music, showing things most would never know about.
Ok
The narration & music are annoying enough to mute the sound entirely.
@@shoelacedonkey I don't recall asking for your opinion or do I gaf whether you like mine.
Who would wan ta pool that small ?
4:42 can you use a space heater or camp fire in it?
My parent had a pool made from a skip bin, lined with fibreglass and salt water filtration. From Australia
Congratulations...?
That wood grain wall is great, but just think of a large picture or a Paris back ground or a Grand Canyon picture

Now I like this kind of show
Electric attic door sounds nice until you're in the attic with the door closed and the power goes out. So you're stuck up there.
👍😎🍺🍩🛠️

The only limit is your imagination-
and the laws of physics.
Me: awwwww why
Lol
And your budget holy crap.

The audacity of including a fucking staircase lift.... when was that tech first introduced?? :-O
Those lego bricks for the home really!
Takes too long Peter kay film when he gets stuck
Cool funny
3:00 I'd definitely be concerned that this gate may fall on top of my car or my head. Traditional gate-opening mechanisms are much safer.
In the event of a power failure, I wonder how they'd manually open the gate.
Wowww
6:02 That would be nice if it wasn't a ridiculous amount of money per square foot.
No end for ideas

my mind has blown in to places
Thousands and thousands years had past and finally we are building walls with lego bricks hahahaha
I think Lego may be suing 😂

Still using feet ..... why ?
All cool until a ghost starts going down/up the stairs and the staircase lights go off...
Lol
Bahahahahahaha
That "brick" furniture looks so uncomfortable...

7:15 evebock is legostyle
What happened to telling the price after each item??
The attic door looks like it was built for crazy people to keep their prisoners in the attic. It's creepy.
*just cut the wall between the kitchen and dining, thats a basic upgrade right there...*
Stilts elevator is better than stairlifts
First
Price
Wake up the whole house falling down the stairs…what does that mean?
nothing new guess you all dont get out much
# is not shipping containers. these are large trash dumpsters.
Those “pools” are tiny as fuck
And how tiny is that, exactly?
lol chair lifts for old people are 40 plus years old lololololololololol.
Just don't ever move, get deliveries or cater anything at your house because you can't get a box truck past the gate...
You step on the stair and THEN it lights up?
Being impale by gate is not fun, so no ty

they're dead
lol lego-like plastic (durable???) blocks where water and fire might....hmmm...hard pass might be also hella expensive....
And where are you going to store them when you are not using them?

so far, so stoopid, and no market. these are all, over-complicated solutions to non-existent problems.!
the biggate might be the stoopidest one.

Anyone tell me in comments
LEGO is trash I don't want more Plastic :)
