Oooh, thank you for the video, you basically read my mind! I've been eye rolling to the trend social media is advertising to people and especially youngsters how you should apply this and that and dozens of products and exfoliate 2-3 times a week, it is SO crazy :D xD I myself fell into that trap when I was younger (I'm 33 now) and had a habit of exfoliating too often, that prolly broke my skin barrier and now I've super sensitive skin. I learnt that less is more the hard way, lol... Nowadays I don't exfoliate more often than every 10 days or once a month. Currently, I don't even own an exfoliant, haven't found one that wouldn't irritate.

I have tried a lot of sunscreen but they all was so heavy and make me breakouts the only sunscreen didn't is beauty of Jones
This is the second time in two days I have seen how important it is to oil cleanse. I have never done it because I never understood how the particles in sunscreen can get stuck and cause breakouts. Thank you for this information :D is there a specific brand you can recommend? I am thinking of either man:yo, anua, or heimish cleansing balm. Thank you :)

Hey dear do you apply those less concentrated retinol every night? I have started using cosrx retinol since last month and now m thinking to use every night instead of alternate nights... can you please share how often you use it?
Hello dear💕 Retinol is all reacting so differently by people, so try from pea size and if u feel ok, add more. Also start using it from every 3-4days, and if u feel ok, make it every two days or so. I have sensitive skin, so for me, if my skin is irritated or stressed, I stop using it. Otherwise, you can try using by little by little.🥰
