When I just started getting into fragrances I disliked Nio because of it's photo realistic notes. But a few months later I tried it again and bought it straight away. Now its my favorite spring/summer fragrances and also use it for formal occasions in those seasons. For me it's one the fragrances I would buy over and over again
Dolce Amalfi is a must when its 28+ degrees outside! Than you sniff the masterpiece. Bubblegum, but it's Saffraan in summer.💛 It is my best summer fragrances for real! Did you try it in rhe heat? Grtz from Amsterdam
Xerjoff Dolce Amalfi is my Wrigley juicy fruit gum smell fragrance. Good for spring & cooler summer. Always nice to have a variety in my collection. (or like EQ say: my fragrance wardrobe) 👍🤓👌

Exactly, dolce amalfi is spicy Wrigley's juicy fruit gum. It reminds me of Makin Scents Unaverage Patch but less bright and less lemony. DUA makes a dupe I blind ordered. I hope it's close.
i sprayed on Dolce Amalfi from a sample just before watching this. I think it's beautiful. Sometimes I think I smell milk chocolate in that wonderful mix.

The leather pouch with Nio contains a card with coordinates for the included meteor fragments with it in the pouch. It’s done with all the Shooting Stars Collection bottles. My Starlight came with one too. I owned Almafi and never really wore it so I traded it. It is beautiful though. I love the quince and clove bud notes. I have Nio and love it but tend to reach for Torino 21 in those situations.
I absolutely LOVE Fars. Just splendid. And I am to the same extent unimpressed by Nio. To my shock and amazement Nio turned out to be perhaps my worst blind buy. And I've had some doozies. lol. As an aside, Nasomatto's Hindu Grass is the best ultra-green out there with a dry-down beyond compare... That is if it hasn't been discontinued. Love your channel.

I screwed up my first blind buy experience with Xerjoff. I blind brought the wrong version of Accento Overdose. I hated it. And gave away to a family friend

IMO, Nio is very much a summer fragrance and it is my favorite summer fragrance. I pick up a lot of Bergamot and Neroli when I smell it. Oh, just a heads up, while it may have come in 100ml before, I believe Nio doesn't come in 100ml anymore. The Xerjoff site itself lists 50ml, 15ml and 2ml.

I just got Xerjoff Casamorati Fiero for my first Xerjoff Fragrence last week. It's amazing imo. I'm waiting on Mefisto now from Fragrancebuy for my second Xerjoff. I was curious about these ones here you got so I'm pretty stoked on this vid right now.
Nio was the first Xerjoff I ever wanted to try because reviewers raved about the opening. In a small sample haul I got this and Uden. I personally love the shit out of it. Immediately when I sprayed it, I got a “lime and cilantro” smell to it. Im a Mexican who loves to cook a lot, so it’s a strong association for me. I definitely also get the dead grass feel, too. (I’m 23 so I resent the shade at us 20-somethings 😂) To me, it’s lemon and limey citrus supporting a prominent cilantro-y herbal green and grassy smell. It doesn’t push too well on my skin unfortunately and it’s not the longest lasting, but I still love it
I agree it's a great house, but can't agree about Alexandria II. I got a 9ml sample and gave it away. To my nose, the rose was overwhelming and it made me nauseous. For me, Xerjoff Naxos and Nio are the best ones. And it works out too cause Naxos is great for fall and winter and Nio is good for spring and great for summer.
I just got some xerxoff samples. Haven’t tried them all. Nio, at quick sniff… smelled of great quality and interesting. Green, airy, musky. Kind of a tinge feminine but I could def wear it. Need to sniff the others
Nio is very underwhelming imo. Smells a bit like a bar of Irish Spring soap with mild hints of citrus. Definitely opens grassy-aromatic though (like how you describe it). Dolce Amalfi is a very nice & realistic Juicy Fruit gum type smell, but I'm not the biggest fan of smelling like that. The part where you swing the tape on the fluffy collar part was funny though.

Funny coincidence, I've been tempted to pick up Nio as a Summer scent. I've heard it has amazing longevity and projection for a fresh scent.
It's an okay fragrance. I prefer Decas.

The quince-vanilla-spices in Dolce Amalfi is super good, but the quality that makes it even greater is the balsamic aspect! Love it!

Thanks for, maybe first, accurate description of Nio. It's all green frarance that for some reason, people describe as citrus.
Ross you have to try Roberto Ugolini 17 Rosso and Marzocco - you have never smelled anything like it and you will love it!

Dolce Amalfi smells like pink Bubblicious Bubblegum when you first spray it. Love the dry down. It’s a BIT female leaning. Nio is a great citrus!
Is the clove note pretty prominent in the dry down? Do you still smell the bubble gum note during the dry down! Let me know?
