Bloody hell. The EPL need to agrree a sustainable set of rules every EPL club. It is clear that agreement is still desparately needed with an independant adjudicator appointed. So before any litigation coud start this issue needs settling. Just look at the Manchester City issue to see how far we need to go. This will alone will take years.
I am sure i remember the commission saying that Everton gained no sporting advantage when they gave us the initial deduction, so surely that should prevent us being sued?

Surely the only outstanding issue is the BMD interest payment assignment, that was deferred from last season. It should have been addressed close season, not now.

The commission actually said we did gain a sporting advantage but couldn’t quantify the scale of it give Burnley dyche for compo happy days
