Esto es boxeo en estado puro, sin tecnologia punta ni nada superfluo, este hombre se le nota su alto nivel de enseñanza boxistica, creo que en un pais desarrollado tendria un cache bastante elevado, animo y suban mas videos.

Been myself there for some training and absoloutely loved it. I guess the fact that they lack on a lot of training equipment and possibilities makes Miranda, Rudyman and his fellow coaches so strong and eager to keep on working on the only thing they have, which is "Boxing". Definately going back there with our boxteam - boxring46.

must be really hard to fine tune individuals with a lack of instructors so many people love boxing in cuba and didnt even know :)

I was curious if the gym there accepts female boxers as well for training? Of all the videos I have seen this is the one that has a female boxer in it. Was she allowed to train because you guys came as a whole group or is it no problem at all? Want to stay a month next year in february but there is no point if I wont be able to train :-)

@damage915 - Dude that's a ridiculous claim to make. Loads of ex Cuban Olympic world champions have gone pro and haven't exactly taken over. Lewis won an olympic gold and beat every fighter he ever faced so it's absurd to make such claims. Yes they were great amateurs but History has shown time and time again that great Amateurs are not necessarily great pros.

I only know of a handful of Cubans who turned pro and a good percentage of them made it to the top level as pros.Anyway the 1988 Oympics was a boycott year for the Cubans and I can guarantee you Lewis had not won gold had the Cubans gone. Cuba has the best boxers in the world if you knew anything about boxing you would know that..

Cuban boxing the best boxers in the world. Felix Savon would have killed Tyson and Lewis the same day. Juan Lemus, Juan Hernandez Sierra, Ariel Hernandez, Mario Kindelan, Rogelio Marcelo,Hector Vinent and the greatest ever Teofilo Stevenson would have all been world champions in the pros. My favorite cuban boxer is Mario Kindelan the dude had the greatest defense of any boxer I have ever seen!!! Yeah better then Sweet Pea and Mayweather..
