So good to hear about the food and the service and Hollywood, these recommendations are helping convince me to convince family to return to Disney World, let’s say, many need severe arm twisting.

Hey Dan/Leslie, it looks like the food was pretty good. I haven’t had a bad meal at a PH but I do find it overpriced! So glad you enjoyed, I enjoyed watching as always!!
Last time we were there the food was so bad that we have not been back. Thanks for the review, the food looked good but I’m not sure we’ll be back.
I doubt we will be back either. Too many other great options, but we gave it a fair rating based on our experience
Saw a recent article where this was amongst the lowest rated restaurants at Disney per TripAdvisor. To be honest, I didn't know it was still operating. So many other good choices in Disney Springs. Great to hear that your entrees were good.
You must have been on an exceptional day 😂 I would rate this restaurant a lot lower than 3.5 based on past experience

I get it about restaurants that hand you a plethora of menus. Too much to look at and decide on.

This was the worst dining experience we have ever had. I got into a shouting match with the manager. I will never even consider it as an option again.
Worst experience we had at Disneyworld. Will never go back!! Awful. Service and food! This was in Summer 2021. Food cold, server and manager could care less. Never again. IMO

Have you two ever noticed if you are "spotted" by the staff ? I wonder if you get any special care knowing that you are reviewing the restaurant . I can tell you 100%, nothing about our visit there was good.
A couple times, but I doubt the entire staff cares that much, judging from a lot of what we have seen
