02-Conception

The second song on the second album, and the first with lyrics. Conception's melody was inspired by Now's the Time, by Charlie Parker. The lyrics were inspired by the book, When the Drummers Were Women, by Layne Redmond. The singer led a reggae band called Waterhouse that the guitarist Stu played in.
