It has been so long since I've knitted. I have a piece I knitted, but never put together. It's adorable, but without you I could never have hoped to join the jumper front to it's back - I completely forgot how the joining was done! So, truly, thank you for putting your video up for me to find. I appreciate it very much.
Oh my goodness thank you so much! This is the answer to the problem I was having thinking about why I wouldn't like using a little 36peg rectangle loom that I got,to make a blanket, since I'd have to stitch the squares together using the only way I knew f b4 this. That would likely cause me to leave it looking like a patch work quilt of crochet, lol! Now,it'll look much less noticeable doing it this way,(at least on 1 side of the blanket I presume)if I can't do it in one lg.piece & would wind up needing to combine a few pieces! I am 4ever greatful that u made this video & I was lucky enuf to have found it!
Agree with the other comments. Can you demonstrate how to flat seam garter stitch to stocking stitch. It's to join two front panels of a cardigan - one panel is garter stitch, the other is cabled with stocking stitch. Im having problems keeping it neat which it has to be being its the front.
I just want to be make sure I'm getting this right as I'm kind of new. On the top panel it looks like you are going under a full "V" and on the bottom panel it looks like you are going from the middle to middle of the "V"s, is that intentional?
I can't believe I've been knitting for all these years and didn't know I could sew shoulder pieces neatly together like this. Thank you so much.
Very clearly demonstrated and helpful - I've watched several tutorials but yours was the easiest to follow - thank you!
Amazing! Thank you! My children and I are trying to learn how to knit and your guidance has been invaluable.
What a nice finish! I had no idea!
Thank you - you did an excellent and easy to understand explanation of something I was struggling with!!!!!

And how do secure the end?
Can I do it without casting off the pieces?
